And he's trying to encourage trust in the CO election system. I think it's a good move long term and we'll likely be seeing his name again. The recount will happen either way.

With the recount happening regardless, what happens if it flips back to him? Idk. We may have to agree to disagree.

Conceding doesn't legally do anything. So if he wins after the recount, then he is the winner.

551 votes is a pretty big error to clear. And typically only a handful to a couple dozen votes are miscounted.
