Well AV mostly STTN last night except for two things. One of which I have a question about, #1.
Quick backstory, she's been pointing to things and wants to be taken to them. One is the lights over the island. So I started taking her to them, I'll tap it and say "light". She then points to it again and laughs and says "tishz" over and over. She does it to lights everywhere now.
1) she was sleeping soundly, just out of nowhere sat up, said "tishz" and then fell back over still sleeping. Like a sleep talking thing, is this ok or cause of concern? She's done the sit up, stare, fall over thing almost nightly but she's never said anything.
2) she woke up for about an hour and was just sitting there over and over saying "tishz" pointing to the ceiling (where the light is).

PW sorry.
Because of the stuff in #1 I'm nervous about putting her in the crib all night. I've done it just a couple times and take her it after first wake up, haven't done it since last week when she revolted and stayed up all night.
I'm nervous bc she sits up, falls over, sits up, falls over, all night long. It disrupts my sleep but at least I feel her moving so I wake up and guide her down gently so she doesn't hit the headboard or wall (moved the bed to a corner for safer sleeping/less risk of falling.
Anyone else's baby do this and was it ok? Did they keep hitting their head on the crib rails?

kleigh J moves all over the crib, stands, falls, sits, falls against the crib all the time. I cringe as well, but I don't think there is anything I can do. With B we tucked him in and he was generally in the same place when he woke up so this is new to me too. 🤷♀️

I forget which month it is in What To Expect The First Year, but it's also normal for them to go through a head butting stage. Whether it's them head butting the slats or pulling themselves up and head butting the crib railing.
