It makes a very excellent burrito bowl- use it in place of rice. I like mine topped with tomatoes, cilantro, guacamole. When it's put together, I can't even tell the difference. I buy mine already fixed and frozen, so just microwave and steam it. I season it after, according to what I'm going to eat it with. Will be doing this! Thanks How did I not think to use cauliflower rice for burrito bowls?! I also like to squish the cauliflower rice into smashed cauliflower almost like mashed potatoes!

Cauliflower rice also makes a great substitute for hash browns, if you're into that kind of thing. I'm excited to try it instead of pasta. I like spaghetti squash in some uses, but it is too sweet to substitute for pasta for me. I do like it for pad Thai better.

I will say this. The fact that my noomer coach can see my food log has made me more accountable on logging food and behave when it comes to the food I eat. I know I won't be scolded for having a bad day but I like the praise. When she messaged me yesterday she complimented how balanced my food log is 😁.

How do you add the white vinegar?
Generally I will stab the whole squash with a fork a few times (so it doesn't explode) and roast it ahead of time. Let it cool and refrigerate. When I am ready to eat it, I cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, and scrape the squash strands out with a fork to help separate them. Throw it in a pan with some garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to heat through. Once it gets going, I add a teaspoon or two of white wine vinegar depending on how big the squash is (let's be real, I don't measure...just a good drizzle around the pan). Then top or mix with any desired toppings. My favorite is to add basil, feta, and crispy pancetta—but marinara or any other sauce would work well too.

You still haven't heard from them? That would tick me off. I bet you can request to move to a new group. Shelby and Jackie are the ones that one the group some of us are in. I got one email about why do I hate exercise and that's it. The group leader seems fine. But this is not worth paying for thus far; I can count calories on a free app. Agree. I mean if they are giving two weeks free this is the prime time to wow us into continuing the program and paying. Seems like your coach doesn't understand how this business plan works.

This is not the same as me understanding it, I get what it's based on. But it's weird IMO. yeah, I feel like an old frustrated by their app. I really want a webpage interface to enter in recipes or new foods. I don't like 100% app based stuff for that. I think I'm going to cancel at the end of this week and then follow along with you all on the diet train here.

I click on the link and it gives me a short survey- I've already filled it out- my answers are still there. When I get to the end, I get a button that says click here to see your customized plan. When I click the button, it takes me back to the sign up for a free trial page.
I already signed up for the free trial and authorized them to charge me for four months at the end of my free trial. I've emailed support about this, but no response. 😥
I really want to like this and see results.

It's not perfect, but it's better than having to manually enter all of the ingredients like with WW or Spark People.

I will say this and then I'm done arguing about it. It has been two days and some people are just nothing but negative. Weight watchers isn't perfect. Mfp isn't perfect. Noom isn't perfect. But if anyone isn't willing to just give it a college try to two weeks or whatever and you just search for what is wrong daily then you are right, for sure it won't work for you. I'm using it. It's new so I have to learn how to use their system as I try to also diet. And as I'm using it, I'm learning things I don't like and do like. I tend to discuss new stuff along the way as I try it. I'm not just bitching for bitching's sake.

There is no magic diet or system that will just draw you in and hook you and just keep you super excited about good food choices and working out. So expecting that revolution out of any app or website after two days (or ever) is unrealistic. Anyway maybe I'm extra cranky because of all the vegetables I'm eating. I'm using it because I will try anything at this point. I'm mostly coming here for chatting. I'm also using MFP just to see what I like more I agree with you is the only thing that will work for me is something that fits into my life and becomes a lifestyle change.

So far I like the interface ok. I've gotten my weight to save, and have notifications all set up to sync to my watch. So I get "hey bitch, log how much food you shoved in your face" notices. That's good.
My coach is MIA.

I'm having kraft mac n cheese (thick and creAmy) with my kid. I haven't had this stuff in years so it's quite enjoyable. I use to eat an entire box but I split it with my kid who cAn is in beast mode lately when it comes to eating. I'm using a baby spoon so I don't inhale it. I'm a fast eater runs in the family so causes me to always over eat.

I'm going by Scout there, lol. Also, now I'm having Midwestern guilt about getting someone in trouble. This is also who I have. He sent me one message that said try to log food for 5 days.
