I just found out our office is getting breakfast tacos tomorrow for an intern's going away party. I must be sure to work these into my meal plan and plan the rest of my day carefully because they sound too enjoyable to pass up after the brutal weight workout I have planned for tomorrow AM.

I'm here and alive!
I've been under the weather since Saturday so I skipped a couple of workouts (hard to do cardio when you're hacking up a lung!). I stayed on track with calories though, and got a lot of sleep and water.
Today was the first day of school with the kids. I had a planned splurge meal. H and I picked up dinner to go from a local burger joint. It's the first cheat meal I've had all month (I think?) so even though it blew my calories I'm going to be ok with that.
The last time I was here I was frustrated with a bad weigh in. I'm hoping to have a better one this week and continue in a good path.

I was good with food this weekend, but drank too much wine with my mom. I was up a couple pounds, but I'm not too worried about it now.
I did hike today (it wasn't too far, but I was packing DS and a bunch of stuff). I knew I was going to have homemade pizza for lunch, so I just had a banana and a protein shake coffee for breakfast.
I have chicken and veggie teriyaki in the crockpot for dinner.
Tomorrow I have a better food day planned and if it's clear, another hike.

I need ways to add protein to mac and cheese. I don't know if I can stomach tuna again. 🤢 Soy crumble? Turkey kelbasa? Hot dog?

I tried butternut squash noodles today. They were pretty good. I liked them better than zoodles which always seem soggy to me.

Day two of crazy early mornings and I'm still doing good with breakfast. I have being having scrambled egg whites and one egg with an apple. It keeps me full until our snack time at 11:00.
I also did well with water yesterday. I had to because I have such a sore throat and rough cough. I had lots of water and hot tea.

I had another decent day yesterday. I did my workout, even though I was trying to talk myself out of it or into doing an easier/shorter one. Then I got up early this AM and ran almost 3 miles. H wants to go out to dinner tonight. So I have to figure out what I should have. I normally get their chicken Caesar salad. B: Breakfast bowl (2 eggs, brown rice, spinach, avocado) L: tuna w/ mayo in a wrap, chips, veggies D: probably salad, glass of wine

Good morning! Yesterday was my first day back wearing my Fitbit and I kept it moving. Moved more yesterday Han I have in 2 months. I also woke up at 730 feeling perky and again today 730 bright eye bushy tailed. The last two months I was battling exhaustion to the point that a simple task of feeding the dogs was daunting (don't worry no pups starved). I'm sure it was a major dose of depression wrecking havoc on me and I'm finally coming out of the fog. I had my zoloft dosage upped mid July so I think my body finally acclimated to the higher dose. It feels good to have this energy back. I was missing it!

I would like to pull my hair and scream. I know loss isn't linear, but God damn it I shouldn't be gaining at this point.

Where do I belong if I'm just CICO/low carb? Can I hang out here or is there a general thread? This is pretty much the general thread. We merged people doing Noom, Weight Watchers, MFP & anything else here. Some check in daily w/ updates and/or meal plans, others once check in whenever is convenient.
FFWC (?) I had to google CICO.

On Saturday I was down to 164, today I'm 169. I can trace it back to my food choices over the weekend and my period being due in about 5 days. But I'm still not happy about it.

Good morning ladies!
I got up early and did the last workout of my 6 week strength plan. I can tell my arms are going to be sore tomorrow, but it really felt great.
Currently anxiously waiting while my coworkers sort out the massive office taco order while my stomach eats itself. So.hungy.
Lunch will be a salad and dinner is italian seasoned turkey with a spicy roasted tomato sauce over zucchini and yellow squash "noodles." H will get some bread too.
I started keeping a daily to-do list on my phone with a new app and including various fitness or wellness behaviors I would like to become habits. It has only been a day so far, but it is so satisfying to check them off as complete. I also like the routine of mapping out things I commit to accomplishing the night before.

This is exactly why I am putting off my next weigh in until the weekend. The up and down can be so frustrating.

I am past that week and still staying up, so hard to say. I'm going to switch my pre-workout because one has creatine in it and that will cause me to gain water weight. If it drops off after that then probably.

I think I'm going to grab some of those Tyson ready made chicken strips and try that. Thanks for all the suggestions, guys, I will keep them in mind! I couldn't do another protein shake this morning, it was making me gag yesterday, so I added the powder to my oatmeal. Too much powder to too little oatmeal and I am basically sitting here eating raw no bake batter. My stomach should feel like cement in a bit. RIP me. Yuck! I just can't do protein shakes either. Plus, they don't really keep me full.

I am checking in. It has been a morning. My baby is a first grader today and I can't wait to pick her up and see how the day went! I then came in to back to back meetings.
Breakfast: I only had time for a banana Lunch: I brought a salad with rotisserie chicken on it, but there was left over cheese pizza from orientation so I had that too. Snack: Cucumbers and cantaloupe, skinnypop Dinner: Not sure. I was going to do greek chicken bowls, but I may let dd pick something

I missed a bobyn celebration and poof because I was avoiding this thread due to my poor diet choices over the last few days. I have no one to blame but myself. But congrats on the success, bobyn!!!

Day two and I'm feeling good about this. I'm having a rough week with personal things and would usually be binging on all the chocolate possible but I've held back aside from a few which I actually counted in my food diary instead of hiding it. Exercise hasn't happened because of a terrible cold, but I'm trying to walk still.

Someone posted about Greek Chicken meal prep bowls (I can't remeber who, sorry!) and they sound so good. I'm hesitating because they're 500 calories and 30 grams of fat. That sounds like a lot for just one meal.
Are you all doing things like this? I'd like to, but I am scared of committing to "diet" food that has relatively high calories, leaving not much room for breakfast and dinner and snacks.

I don't do the rice with mine I have been just doing the chicken and the tomato salad.
You could also do cauliflower rice.

I used to be a million times a day snacker but the last few weeks I tried sticking to 3 larger meals and that seems to be working well. I'm eating a minimum of 1500 calories though, usually more like 1800 so I'm not sure I'd want something that high calorie if I were sticking with NOOM's original recommendation.
