Eating a breakfast salad. 😃 Love! What's it made of? I did two fried eggs, tomato (from our garden), bell pepper, mushrooms, lettuce and cholula.

I just made this for lunch. Super fast and I have leftovers for early next week. One container of TJ's Latin Style Black Bean Soup. One can of black beans. One package of frozen TJ's chimichurri rice. Avocado. It's all green or yellow foods. I think I ate about 370 calories worth. I warmed the soup and beans in a pot. Cooked the rice in a frying pan. Mixed together. Added slices of avocado to my bowl. We all enjoyed it. That sounds amazing!

I ran 8 miles today (holy shit! My furthest ever) so I gave myself a little leeway on food (err, wine) I actually did ok. B: banana Oat pancakes S: Gatorade L: chicken, rice, veggies S: ants on a log (old school!) D: Parmesan crusted salmon, salad, potatoes, wine (lots of wine!) S: popcorn, cherries I ended at about 2500 calories, but Fitbit says I've burned 3200, so not bad.

I need to prep more for weekends. I don't keep much lunch stuff around because my kid will eat macaroni and cheese or fast food every time.
So yesterday I had some pepperoni, cheese, chips and an apple for lunch and left over pizza for dinner.
It was in calories but still

I also thought a lot yesterday about goals because I'm an over achiever and if I don't hit goals I lose motivation. I know they say you are supposed to set small goals, but those are what don't work for me. I'll probably still buy myself something for hitting the 5 pound increments ($5 and under) and bigger items for milestones (10#, 20#, etc.)
I'm giving myself a year to lose all the weight since I have 60+ to lose. This I feel will give me time for plateaus, holidays, birthday, and bad days leading to set backs
I'm not sure if this is smart or not, but it's what I wrote down

I made baked oatmeal yesterday & prepped 3 of those deli snack bowls for lunches, I have one chicken, rice, veggie bowl left so I just have 1 lunch that I'll need to make. Having friends over for a cookout & to swim today. I worked out this AM, but I'm not going to go to nuts about nutrition today.

Ok. I emailed to cancel. And messaged my coach. This morning. No response. So help me god if they don't let me...
I'm tracking on MFP now. I had a rough Friday with a work baseball outing.

We're on vacation at the beach. So nice. I got a week vacation pass to a local yoga studio so I am going to go check that out later. It's a different style of yoga than I practice at home, so I'll kind of be the newb but it should also be fun to mix it up. I also vacation splurged and was happy to see that even so, I was still coming in around 1600 calories per day. That seems so reasonable.

We're planning a trip for our anniversary in the spring, so I was just playing around on Costco travel (not with money, just looking to see what was out there.) Anyway, I found this place that looked amazing- beautiful location, at a spa- part of the package was a spa treatment daily and they had this amazing offering of fitness classes. There was yoga, tai chi, paddle boards and bikes to borrow, and more. They focused a lot on healthy, local foods. It sounded like such an amazing way to spend a week away.
Anyway, it was out of my price range, but it inspired us to look for something similar that was more in line with our budget. I didn't even know vacations like that existed, and now I'm excited about the possibility of taking one.

I didn't do so well yesterday. I ended up around 2500 calories, but I feel like I didn't track everything. We had friends over, so drinks and lots of snacking and dessert (a friend brought strawberry shortcake and I shared it with DD2). And then I decided I just wanted to mindlessly snack after the girls and MH went to bed, so I watched Teen Mom 2 with a bag of pita chips and just ate & ate But I'm not dwelling on it. Today is a new day, etc. Today's plan - B: baked oatmeal, coffee S: cherries L: deli snack box S: veggies, yogurt D: ? I don't have anything planned. I may try to go home on my lunch break and prep something for the crockpot.

I'm really not better than anyone. I enjoy yoga and exercise generally. Maybe for someone else, an ideal vacation activity would be exploring a new area or trying out the local cuisine. This is just my thing, and it doesn't make me better. You were probably tongue in cheek. And I am likely overreacting. I don't feel like I'm something special just because what I enjoy happens to be good for me and I never want anyone else to feel bad if that isn't their thing.

I'm feeling pretty great this morning despite being hungry and having a mild headache from cleansing.
I woke up at 5 and took the dog for a 40 minute walk. She did something to her paw that I'm not sure about since it was dark. Hope my walking buddy is ok.
Today the cleanse includes two small meals (protein!!) and a snack so once I hit noon I feel like I'll be past the tough part. I definitely feel less bloated this morning so that's nice.

The Dr oz one. The benefit was that my all juice day was Sunday so I don't have to try to work on that day (although I had to finish my final for a class and that was a struggle at night). And now I will be able to have dinner with my family all week because this one allows for a protein + veggie dinner on days 2-4. I didn't want to deal with separate meals all week or bringing smoothies to work.

I liked my spaghetti squash.
I just did spaghetti squash with some ground turkey meat sauce with a little bit of mozz cheese melted on top and baked.

Okay I'm back. I had a splurge weekend Saturday and Sunday but I needed a carefree no worries 24 hours. I'm recommitting today and will check in daily. I really need to work on my eating. I'm not eating all day then eat everything at dinner. So my goal this week is to get up before my kid to eat breakfast and lunch will be my next hurdle but I will focus on breakfast for now.
