Yoga tonight.
I’m down 2 pounds finally (water weight). But I prepped 6 breakfast yogurts, lunches, and snacks for the week. My eating habits have been horrible.

Yesterday was a 60 minute fusion ride with a new instructor. Holy hell it was HARD but I PR'd by almost 100 points.
Today was a 20 minute tabata and then 20 minute recovery ride.

Ate my feeling this morning with ice cream for breakfast.
Probably better than drinking my feelings last night.
Still not great.
Going to try for a mile jog at lunch and yoga tonight. I signed up for a marathon over a month, so I need to play catch-up regardless of the weather.

No run, but I got my yoga in.
Tonight I’m going to cancel yoga and get on the bike.
Also it’s fairly nice so I’m going to get out for a walk/jog and hope to get 2 miles in.

Thu: walked 3 miles at work Fri: had to skip gym bc I chaperoned P’s field trip. But it was to the zoo so I walked the zoo for 3 hours so that counts for something. Sat: 7 am yoga and 8am body pump. Then off to a soccer tournament

AM yoga. This was the fast paced instructor that is challenging.
Then from 1-5 I am chaperoning a Girl Scout day at great wolf lodge. 4 hours in a swim suit.

No workout yesterday, but I did 17k steps and I need to do some stretching today.
Scale is still going back and forth 1 to 2 pounds, but I feel like I’m gaining muscle and strength from my yoga progression. I can hold moves lower and my vinyasas are so much smoother and controlled.
21 days without alcohol.

Walked 3.6 mi at work. Then a 20 min HIIT bike ride. It was awful and I hated it.

Shorter, but higher intensity flow workout today. I figure, even if it's only 20-25min, if I'm sweating at the end of it, that's a win

I did Zumba and body pump this morning. And 2 of the fans were out. And it’s 90• with 56% humidity (feels like = 100•) so we were sweating out butts off. My watch says I burned 725 calories in my 2 classes. 😳 Now if I can just not eat those extra calories today….

Even the instructor was hating herself a little during the tabata. It was intense.

I opted for a walk in the field with the dog, including up and down a large hill. I clocked about 1.5miles (~2.4km). I'm sure Loren did way more with all her zigzagging and racing up ahead and back to me LOL.

Friday was a rest day.
Saturday was a 3 mile walk with a friend while the kids played at the playground.
Sunday was a 75 minute endurance ride.
Today was a 20 minute tabata and 20 minute recovery ride.
