When are we drinking?

Because H is out at the Indians game with a (mutual) college friend - yes, in this weather - and I am home with the kids.

In the past half hour DS has found, chewed, and spit out a dried up old raisin and a used foam earplug. 🤢 Both from the playroom garbage can.

Apparently it's national wine drinking day. So I'll probably celebrate that.

DD1 had her first teeth cleaning today and was so well behaved. I'm waiting for my H to get home then we're eating French dips and some Costco mac & cheese for dinner.

Hi. I just learned that M's dad didn't pay for his storage unit where I was storing M's bed (mine from when I was little, which may make it sound old and shitty, but it was really nice and one of my favorite furniture pieces ever) and various other things of mine. Instead of asking me for money (which I would have happily done) or giving me any sort of inkling that he didn't have the money to pay for it, he just fucking let it go. And didn't even tell me until I had to drag it out of him.


So I want to drink. But I probably won't.

I'm waiting on H to leave work then grocery shop. I have my weekly date with myself at the local brewery later. I haven't been out of the house much yesterday and today trying to get used to my walking boot. I'm nervous about being able to keep up with both boys with it on.

My kid loves that.  Netflix is a blessing and a curse.  Mine are currently watching Mother Goose Club which is much much worse.

Thanks. I will avoid it like the plague. There is nothing worse than trying a new show, instantly realizing you've made a terrible mistake but it's already too late because your child has imprinted on it.
