February was bad. It’s 6 days into March. Let’s get out and Enjoy that hopefully warmer weather.

Went to yoga 3 times last week.
I have had a cold for like 3 weeks (tested 2 times). Today it has decided to start seriously draining, so hopefully I’m on the mend.
The plan today is to bike and row or lift weights.

Finally starting to come out of the sickness fog that clouded a huge majority of February.
I did a 75 minute ride this morning. WAY below where I normally ride but it seems to be helping clear my lungs of some of that lingering junk.

Monday I walked 2.5 miles and biked 30 min. Tuesday I walked 2.5 miles but couldn’t manage the bike. Wednesday I did barre and yoga and then walked 4 miles (it was a gorgeous day so I took an hour long meeting outside.) Thursday I did Zumba and body pump. Friday I did Zumba and yoga. Saturday I did nothing at all. (Except walk up and down the sidelines during E’s soccer game.) Today I would like to bike but I’m not sure if I will or not.

My February peloton stats. I’m proud of myself considering how much I hated it in the beginning. This is also in addition to the gym and to walking my 2 days in the office. Not too shabby.

I’ve gotten into a decent routine of working out at home with my dinky little dumbbells. I got a gym membership but all we’ve done so far is go swimming and to open gym with the kids. I’m so intimidated to go by myself.

I managed a 20 min workout today. It's clearly been close to a week since the last time because my legs were on fire and my shoulders hated me the rest of the day... Less than 80 days until the beach trip, so I need to get back on this train and stay on it 😬👙

Yoga last night.
Messed up my neck while sleeping. So now I’m slowly stretching and straightening it.

10.5 miles.
Definitely a PR on the distance for the time.
But I did a Peloton ride, which always pushes me.

Did yoga Monday night.
I brought my mat to martial arts and I’m hiding in the back room to stretch.

Yesterday I walked 2.5 miles during my lunch break but I couldn’t squeeze anything in after work.
Today I did Zumba and body pump. My watch says I burned over 700 calories. Lol.

I love it when I go for a run (jog) and it tells me I did 100+ flights of stairs… For the record I’m the laziest runner ever and hardly pick my feet up. But I always picture this.

Power yoga last night. She did a lot of side planks so plenty of modifications for my shoulder. But I always took the option to lift my non-supporting leg and get some crunches in.
I need to stretch today, my back is stiff. And I have sculpt tonight, so that will kill my shoulders (in a good way).
I need to work on my form and start coming to my Wednesday class early to get some position adjustments.

I've been doing some moderate level K'ing of A but keep forgetting to document it.
Today did 2 miles of dog walking, in the rain, and a 45 minute pop ride with my best girl Kendall.
A bike tip- swiping away the remaining time makes a huge difference in how quickly the workout goes. I wish I would have figured this out ages ago, because I always stared at it and made the rides seem to take forever. Now a 45 minute ride flies by.
Eta snuck a 10 min arm workout in too.

How hard are her rides? I tried a 45 min club bangers with Alex yesterday and el oh effing el I couldn’t even finish the warmup.

I think her rides are overall tougher than all the other instructors I have tried - Robin, Leanne, Cody, Bradley and Hannah F. But they don't feel impossible and if I need to take it down a notch I just drop my resistance or speed. Her music choices are always so spot-on though, and for me the music makes a huge difference.
