happyfeet9, 10 more days! I am counting down the days myself though for a differnt reason - tis how long I have to wait still to see my MFM again. Still frustrated and upset they cheated me out of weekly appointments, and I honestly don't think I'll make it through the week without a call to their office as babygirl is being a twad again LOL and way to quiet for my taste compared to how active she has been recently - so she better give momma some proper reassurance today or I'll be calling and likely going in for an extra CTG. I need not this extra anxiety heh. I agree that is a really long time for you to go without appointments, especially at this stage. I see my MFM and OB weekly, so I'll see them both on Thursday. With the twins, it's much harder to detect decreased movement because one is always moving, but I can't necessarily pinpoint which one, so I understand the anxiety. I would definitely call to get a quick check in at some point mid week. Hoping her activity picks up for you! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

happyfeet9, you're up late/early!! Twins keeping you awake? I honestly don't know why the MFM didn't schedule weekly. I saw his collegue OB the weeks prior and she told me at 37wks we'd go to weekly appointments. I hadn't seen my MFM since late May (he'd been on conference, then holiday, or such) and she took over the appointments and so she was the one who was with us through the heart rate drops and AFI scares. Maybe he didn't register it all too well while reading my file? I know babygirl was doing just fine last week so from that perspective I guess I can understand him but uhm hello, mommy PgAL/PAIF anxiety brain no good haha esp with all the scares we've had! Was just discussing this with MH and unless she suddenly goes back to being real active I'll put in a call for a check up first thing tomorrow morning. Just for our own peace of mind!

muscari yes I'm usually up multiple times per night between movement, shortness of breath, bathroom trips etc My MFM dropped the ball with biophysicals and I went two weeks at one point due to scheduling issues. I had to advocate pretty aggressively to have them fit me in, but I'm glad I did because I ended up having some fluid issues with baby boy that they wanted to keep a closer eye on. Peace of mind at this point is crucial! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

Not sure what is going on with me but yesterday morning I drank my coffee and ate my oatmeal then spent then next 10 minute projectile vomiting. This morning I couldn't sleep so I've been up since 4, had a cup of hot tea, and projectile vomited again. Of course that also made me pee my pants because, you know, pregnancy is glamorous. Do you think I should call my midwife? I'm almost 37 weeks and not sure what is going on. I fine the rest of the day yesterday but now feel like crap this morning.

Ugh yeah pregnancy sure is glamorous at times like that.. been there done that a few times myself those past weeks. Maybe your stomach can't handle hot beverages well right now? I didn't call myself when I had the vomiting as it was intermittent but if you are worried or unsure I would say a call never can hurt! I hope you feel better soon!

king26 I've pretty much decided that calling my midwife is just letting her do her job (although I feel like the crazy pregnant lady). LOL I have also been having trouble with food, but that's all food not just hot beverages. AFM: I had HORRIBLE cramps all last night and got up every hour to pee. Then pregsomnia kicked in at 2:30 and all I wanted to do was CLEAN!!!! However I curbed that urge and wrote my syllabus for school and planned Girl Scouts because H really needed to sleep. I still have really bad cramps that come and go in waves, but I wouldn't call them contractions. However I did put in a call to my midwife because baby has not really had much down time since 230. It's like a painful freaking party in there. And of course the part of my brain that freaks out about pregnancy pulled out a fun fact from nursing school about "frantic movement" and given the rolling gymnastics on Saturday it has me all freaked out. I'm sure it's nothing and when she calls back she will probably say so, but I had to call. GAHHHH Be on the outside so I can protect you better already!!!!

happyfeet9 I am feeling all conflicted as well... I want babygirl to cook as long as she can BUT at the same time I am jusr so anxious and restless to have an outside baby. And I only have to carry 6lbs of baby around- cant imagine 13! Hang in there!! I forget, do you have an set induction or RCS date? Our RCS date is set for 8/8, which seems so far away! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk One week from tomorrow- not far! Only one weekend!

Seems like it's getting down to the wire for a bunch of us!
I found out today that I will be going in Wednesday night for the start of my induction!
I had a follow up appointment and my BP was 152/95, which went down the second time they checked. However, given my history and my symptoms as of late my midwife wants to play it safe. She doesn't want a problem to start, so that pretty much mean induction.
I was hoping to go a little longer, but she will be at the hospital Thursday until Friday which is why she set the date she did. So even though this is my second time down this road I am definitely nervous, but excited!

Anyone else getting a shooting pain from cervix to belly button with movement? (My movement not baby). I wonder if it's just something to do with my anterior placenta or if baby is dropping lower....

Had an ultrasound today and baby is measuring 7lbs 15oz (which was the birth weight of T at 40 weeks). My blood pressure was still a little high, but the doctor said it was a little high at the end of my last pregnancy too. I was really overweight like 10 years ago and had high blood pressure, so I am thinking maybe my body just can't handle being 220 lbs. I will be having weekly ultrasounds with my appointments now, but I really just have two more weeks...

Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk I get something similar but inside my belly shooting up from my cervix. I have a posterior placenta. It seems to happen when he moves to the center of my belly and pushes straight down. My Dr suggested it was him hitting a bundle of nerves. I cross my legs when it happens bc it feels like he's going to fall out.

I have the same, it can be so painful I'm like half doubled over unexpectedly sometimes! No clue what it is tbh, I sorta thought it was baby pressing on my nerves maybe? She's started dropping some time ago already and I've had these pains for about as long.. Didn't remember asking the MFM when I saw him last week heh nor the OB the week before.. eta I too have anterior placenta. I have to admit I'm not sure which direction the pain shoots in.. never paid that close of attention I guess but will from now on cause now i'm curious !
