Everything went really, really well tonight. Good thing it was accessory night or I would have struggled to refrain from loading PRs. The walkout and control down on my pin squats felt better than they have. SSB was back up where it was before I started having issues with it. Well everything was good except when I birthed my cup mid set. That was less than good. 😱

Thursday ended up being a stretch day, lots of lower body stretching followed by a full body. Friday I did the 10 minute arms and light weights with Sam ( his Halloween one) Today is a big run fest in our town. H is running the 5k and our friends are running the 10k. I'll be hanging out with their 5 year old while they run.

I got out and ran today. First day since the half. And it wasn't as bad as I was imagining. 30 mins of week 5 day 1 (I am so behind) with Wilpers. I really love that guy. it is actually cool out, a low 60° with a mist from the rain.

Good morning.
I did Becs' live 45 minute HIIT and hills run this morning. Got a shout out for it being my 350th run, so that was nice. Finished with a 5 minute stretch. That's it for me today.
I have no clue what I'm eating. We need to shop something fierce.
I'm just so damn glad it's the weekend. Woof.

I’m at work this weekend so for up early and did a 20 min pop ride with Alex. He’s jumping up the list of favourites fast these days 😍
I had originally planned a 30 min ride plus 10 min core but I stayed up til past midnight finishing a book and it took me a little while to decide to actually get up when the alarm went at 5:20.

Felt tired today, but tried my hack squat today for the first time since you have to remove other pieces of the leg press to do that. I had to get my boyfriend to release the weights and lower it to my shoulders since even with moving that bar pad down it was still above me. Clearly not made for any type of shorter person so that will not work. So I did sets of high foot leg press instead and hip thrusts with full motion and short motion alternating, then landmine Romanian deadlift. Did a shorter workout today as it still felt hard.
Eating breakfast of toasted egg sandwich, meat and some berries and then off to get stuff done. Halloween event today 👻

Ran 4 miles outside this morning in the drizzling rain. I was a little discouraged when I finished because I felt slower than I wanted to be, but overall my pace was not that bad. I ran a lot of hills too.
Food should be decent today. I bought the Premiere Protein café latte drinks to try, and I really like them! Had one of those after my run and I’m going to meet a friend at the coffee shop in a little bit that has amazing bagels. Dinner will be at home and should be light tonight, so I should be able to stay within macros today.

- 10 minute Halloween core with RK (she did this in character as an 80s fitness instructor lol) - 10 minute Halloween light weights with Sam Yo - 30 minute Halloween ride with Sam Yo (a blast and I got a PR!)

Depression and anxiety has kicked my ass for the last week and I haven't had the energy to do shit beyond exist. Today I did a scenic ride through Iceland and it was perfect.

I did a 45 min outdoor hip hop run with Chase. It wasn’t my favorite and because I started running at 8:15 am (I’m not a morning exerciser) I was half asleep and not really pushing myself. But got it done and didn’t take any walk breaks which was my goal.
I also did some hip opening yoga with Adriane before which did help.

I was up way too late last night (thanks adrenaline) and slept in way late this morning. I was mildly annoyed with DH for letting me sleep so late, but it's not usual for me so if I was out that long I needed it. We generally start lifting around 9:30, I usually get there shortly after 9. I rolled out of bed at 9:15. Really wasn't fully awake at any point. Ate a protein bar on the way there but was definitely well under what I am supposed to have before workouts (and not enough time for it to be effective anyway). Deathwish coffee with preworkout on top of it and fucking nothing. I could have napped between sets.
So bench was a little off the mark, but not a ton. My control is so much better than it was getting ready for nationals at similar weights, but at considerably lower body weight. Bench usually takes the biggest hit with weight loss, so I am happy that is mostly hanging on.
Add in my uterus attempting to murder me (I've moved on from birthing cups to clots- I think that's better?). At least I won't have this for the meet.

My eye doc said I can resume moderate exercise starting today, so I am hoping to do Ben’s live class tomorrow for my 500th ride. I told MH if Ben gives me a shoutout I will literally scream and then fall of my bike from excitement. 🤣🤣

I haven’t checked in much at all this week and apparently I really rely on checking in here because it makes me feel like my workouts don’t count. 😂 I have been keeping up either way.
Yesterday I did some strength
10 min chest/back with Chase - 2 of these 10 min postnatal core with Robin
Today was a ride day 30 min EDM ride with Jess K 10 min Beyoncé cool down with Tunde
The EDM ride was great and exactly what I needed. Those are always my favorite rides to lose myself in.

Happy Halloween eve! My saint of a MIL has my boys and their cousins over for a sleepover tonight. She took them at 1 today and is dropping them off at 11 tomorrow. MH is up north hunting (per usual this time of year) so I have almost an entire 24 hrs to do whatever I want! I took the dog for a long walk and now I’m going all Treat Yo’self with a massage and mani/pedi. Tonight I’m going out to dinner with my family for my brother’s birthday, so sushi will be had. I’ll check out some of the Halloween peloton workouts tomorrow morning.

Was feeling kind of blah earlier...workout helped. Very eclectic mix here:
20 minute Halloween ride with Bradley 10 minute Elton John cooldown also with Bradley 10 minute Halloween core with Rebecca 20 minute upper body with Rad
I think Bradley is officially growing on me. That Halloween ride was SO fun. It started with a Harry Potter warmup, ended with Phantom of the Opera, and had everything from Scooby Doo to The Nightmare Before Christmas in between. Highly recommend!

I just had the best run I have had in a long time. 3 miles outside, on the trail near my house. The weather was cool and there was a nice breeze and the leaves are changing color. It put me in such a nice mood.

Happy Saturday! I was at my computer for hours today writing student feedback and working on some freelance projects that just got thrown my way. At some point, MH brought me a fancy oat milk latte and this crazy cinnamon roll-croissant hybrid. And I got into some Halloween candy, so my nutrition has not been stellar today. But, I did just do a 6 mile loop in my neighborhood that I planned around the best Halloween decoration streets while listening to some spooky stories. Drinking water and making dinner now, which involves some desperately needed vegetables.

Hey! Because it’s my favorite holiday, I broke from my plan and took Sam’s 30min Halloween ride for #150 yesterday. It was TOUGH and I loved it. Followed by an Imagine Dragons post ride stretch with Sam.
No formal workouts today but I’ve bested 10k steps and nearly closed my rings. We went to a cute little flea market first thing, then an outdoor Halloween event at a local museum, and a Cub Scout event and playground time before dinner. I’m beat and also really excited for tomorrow.

It was grey and drizzly this morning, I did Kirsten's 30 minute Disney run on the bike path, and a 10 minute cool down run with Joslyn. Loved them both!
I felt like I was just jogging most of the run, but it turns out I was actually keeping a pretty good pace, I ended up with 3.33 miles (ha) in the 30 minutes, and mile #2 was a sub-9-minute pace! I felt great the whole time, I wish I had more time to run during the week.
Planning to run again tomorrow morning before heading out for kid Halloween events in the late afternoon/early evening. My 12 year old actually tried to convince me that his friends are allowed to stay out until 11pm! HA no, child.
