I dropped my Jeep off at the dealership again. When I picked it up last week, they told me what they replaced, fixed the dinging/blind spot warning...it did not. Saturday I was so annoyed with the constant dinging, I wanted to drive it in a ditch. And since everytime it dings, it shuts the radio off, I haven't listened to my radio all week. They said they needed to replace the radio, so I called yesterday to ask if it was in stock and told him everything it's still doing and he said it shouldn't be. So I dropped it off and they gave me a rental. Could be a week before I get it back. Which is annoying, but I've already asked my sales guy about lemon laws.
Of course, for the first time in at least a month, it didn't ding at me 1 time on my way in today. It's like it knew.

Morning, I posted something in the Private board just now. Heads up that it is awful. And all the trigger warnings. Please do not go in there if you do not think you can handle it this morning. It is not about me or my family, we are fine. But I just needed to get this story off my chest.

So annoying, mwhip! I'm decluttering the craft cabinets this morning. I placed a grocery order and threw a load of towels in. Good stuff over here.

Also, in sleep news, yesterday Josie went to bed a little after 8 and woke up at six 6 which I took as a win. Last night she didn't go to sleep until almost 845 but she did sleep until 7 this morning. Small wins? MH and I have been talking about it and I know that this varies very much so by family and schedules, but what time are your N13s going to bed? This even feels a little late for me, but i think on school nights, I would like Josie in bed by 730 and fast asleep by 815.

Morning.
SSDD here, too. I need to make a list because I feel like I have all this unresolved stuff floating around in the back of my head and I need to put it somewhere so I can check some stuff off.

guster, we've always had a later than usual bedtime b/c of my work hours, but We start the process at 8, and lights out is usually at 8:40-8:45. S falls asleep pretty quickly most nights. He wakes up around 6:30 most mornings, but he's not allowed to get out of bed (obv except emergency or to pee) till 7. He can try to go back to sleep, play with his stuffies or read a book.

guster, also we try to keep it the same on the weekends, unless we are out somewhere. Unfortunately, S wakes up the same time whether he falls asleep at 7, 9, or 11 PM.

On school nights, E goes to bed at 730 and get up at 630. Weekends, if we don't have anything going on, she stays up until 830 or 9. If we have people over, she stays up later, but it doesn't happen too often.

Thanks for letting me know everyone. I try to look at it that as long as she's getting somewhere between 10 and 11 hours I can feel comfortable with it.

Cadence is asleep by 10 at the latest. She gets melatonin at 8, bedtime at 8:30. Most nights she's asleep by 9, but there are times where she holds out so that I get my turn to come read to her. Friday and Saturday night are a crap shoot because she doesn't get melatonin and has trouble winding down.

Bedtime is 9. Cass (N13) falls asleep soon after. M (O11) does whatever she can to act a fool at night and stay up. She will even willingly clean her room at that time. Last night she was up until almost 10. I can't even imagine how bad it'll be when she's a teenager. They wake at 0700.

Add me to the SSDD club.
I need people to tell me when they've watched S3 of Sex Education. I need to discuss.
Tonight is the belt testing for upper belts. There were a ton of people testing last night and not nearly as many tonight so hopefully it'll be done quicker.

Apparently I have early birds… they’re in bed by 7/7.15 and lights out by 7.30/8 (depending on how tired they are. Usually they’re asleep by 8, especially now it’s getting darker at night. They wake between 7/7.30.

Normally, we haven't been much farther out from that. Unless it's a rare occasion where we are out (which clearly hasn't happened in forever) they don't usually see 9 o'clock. Charlie barely can make it til 8.

They wake between 7/7.30. We all used to be super early birds, but pandemic living really changed that. I would definitely not call us night owls but the fact that sometimes MH and I are still up at 10 on a weeknight feels crazy.
