It’s Finally Friday!

It’s another busy day today. My arm is a little sore but not too bad. I’m hoping to get through work quickly and get home to do my final for finance class.

Morning. SSDD school for both kids, errands, picking dd/ds up and now trying to plant and repot some seeds. Not sure what’s for dinner tonight. I’m tired after a week of mostly me dealing with three kids. Baby girl is still refusing a bottle, so little chance of a break. I bought formula to keep trying, because I’m tired of pumping just to throw it out after she refuses to drink it.

I'm at the plastic surgeon office. It's my final post op for the lift and pre op for my implants. I basically get to pick out my boobs today lol. Then I have to run and grab A's suit. It came in again lol. Then zorro has a grooming appointment and then tonight is a stripper pole class with the bridesmaids for my soon to be sil wedding. M has a ball game at 8:15 and A will have to take all 3 kids by himself. I told him to line up his mom to help and he didn't. So he gets no sympathy from me.

I’m stuck at the house while our basement gets new insulation. Tonight is pizza night, and we’re watching the new Mighty Ducks series together as a family and new episodes come out on Friday so everyone is excited.

I'm at the office. Nothing exciting happening here today. The highlight of my day will be in a few minutes when I eat my leftover moo shu pork for breakfast.

At the office. They are installing a new ac unit. Really glad that I get to leave at noon. Why couldn't they schedule this for the weekend?

We are going with 500 on both sides now that they are the same size. My left may be 475 because my ribs protrude a little at the top and that may make it look bigger. But he's going to try both in surgery and decide then based on how it looks. He had me try 425, 450 and 500. The 500 is the right choice. I'm feeling so good about everything now and all my nerves are gone. I've been stressing that I would choose the wrong size and look horrendous.

My surgeon is mid 30s, very attractive. I'm trying to find him on Facebook. His wife must be the most secure person on the planet 😂 if that was my husband I'd quit my job to follow him around at work 🤣

I had my final iron infusion this morning. I still see no change and follow up in two weeks with the Dr. when I left today it was snowing. It didn’t stick but it’s just gross out now. SSDD otherwise. Fantasizing about my warm bed instead of working.

It's been a week and I am really trying to not be on my phone at all while the kids are home, I can just get lost staring at it and with MH being gone I just need to keep up with them and house stuff.

Sorry to hear about your car yesterday tgrimes , what a pisser. people suck.

It's busy around here, the company to aerate to lawn is coming today and the plumber will be here to fix up the two bathrooms that MH effed up before he left. It will be nice to have that done. It's gorgeous out and I'm ready for the weekend, I might just have a beer for my team meeting at 1pm

nam2013 Sorry about baby girl not taking a bottle, J was the same way. It took a while but I just gave in and stopped fighting it, its almost more work to figure out than to just deal with it for the time being.

It was about the 10 month mark where I just gave her a straw sippy (skip hop water bottle) with formula/milk and she slowly weaned herself by 11.5 months. She was eating enough food and no weight issues that it was fine.

My h got home, so I’m running a bath, I’ve been doing three solo for most of the time during the day this week, so he must be able to do an hour .

Oh and my mom got her shot! Were still going by age over here... and due to some clerical cluster*** birthyears 1953/1954/1955 have fallen between the cracks, so my mom got hers before my dad 🤦🏼‍♀️. Slow as snails over here, but getting there at some point hopefully!

This was my plan too. This is my last try, if she won’t accept this one we’ll start solids a little faster (we did rapley with dd, which worked great for us) and we’ll give her porridge made with breastmilk when I’m not around.

Ds started refusing bottles around 10mo and we did the porridge thing with him too. He weaned around 18mo. I think dd would still love a bottle and would gladly nurse if I let her, but at 24mo I felt it was time to end it.

So L has been logging into other kids Raz-kids program and doing their homework. They are not going to expel him but he’s losing recess for awhile.

I’m sorry about this whole situation. Did L have an explanation to why he did that? I get that some actions need consequences, but I really hate those kind of punishments. I really believe recess is not just a break, but an immensely important part of children’s social development.

I once fought hard (and won!) for a kid that was always late and was not allowed to on a overnight field trip because of it. Not the right consequence!

Eta plus I have feelings about even the possibility of expelling a 7yo...

I disagree. At 7 years old they know what they are doing, they know that they are making the decision to log into other kids accounts, which shows early learning of online privacy, which is a major thing since they will grow up with computers.

B had his account 'hacked' (for lack of better word) and the kid spent all his points changing out the outfits with the points that motivates B to read, it was devastating to him and he had no idea why someone would do that, 'cause its not their points to spend'.  I told the teacher and the kid was reprimanded of some sort, not sure the direction she took, and the kids got a talking to about online privacy and safety.

vino ohhhh it needs consequences for sure! I just don’t agree with a child not being allowed recess as a punishment.

I have no idea. Because everyone is different with levels of existing breast tissue and placement of your ribs. They say each 100 of cc is about 1 cup size. So I'm barely an A right now and adding 500. That should put me at a DD.

Our new insurance has this surgery perk where they basically schedule everything for you and maybe a discount rate. I am seriously considering doing it sooner rather than later since I’m close to Nashville. I’ve been researching surgeons, but if I decide to do it, it probably won’t happen until next year. So living vicariously.
