Yesterday I did the 15min Pilates with Aditi but subbed a Yoga rinse practice for the others. I love Yoga with Adriene and I like her calendar this month. So I'm going to try to make that work with the HCOTF calendar too. Today I did 10min core with Selena, 10min glutes/legs with Adrian, 20min glutes/legs with Robin and a 5min glutes and legs stretch with Selena. I'll spin later.
Goals for the month:
Track all my food all month. I'm 2/2 in days so far. Increase water intake Strength 3-4 days a week Yoga 2-3 days a week Spin or outdoor walk for cardio 4-5 days a week
I also need to start taking measurements and would love to knock a few inches off.

It’s windy out there today! I almost talked myself out of a run because of the cold wind, but then I got myself out there— 20 minute outdoor HIIT with Adrian and then a 10 minute cool down run. Plus a core session and a 10 minute stretch session.

Our Pelaton bike was delivered today. I did the 20 beginner ride with Tunde. I also managed to clip in and out of the bike so I'm considering that a win. I'll be honest though, it hurt my butt a lot I might have to invest in those padded shorts.

I'll be honest though, it hurt my butt a lot I might have to invest in those padded shorts. I borrowed my neighbor’s seat pad and ultimately decided against doing padding. It’s only been a few weeks but my butt got used to the regular seat already.

My butt adjusted.

April is off to a great start! You're all doing great. I don't have any big changes planned this month, just continuing to run, yoga, drink water, eat vegetables.
I ran yesterday - some really fast intervals, but a shorter run. I got my first vaccine dose, so I wasn't sure how I'd feel, but I feel totally normal today, so I did a 45 minute yoga class first thing this morning, and went for a walk during a meeting this morning. Will take my family out for a walk or bike ride this afternoon, too. I need to get my act together and meal plan/order groceries.

Just needed to adapt.

Thanks all for the birthday wishes! I came downstairs to find our dining room all decked out with decorations courtesy of DD. It was amazing.
Not sure if I’ll have time for a ride because the kids are on spring break and we gave the nanny off and Mh is working so I haven’t had a chance yet. If it doesn’t happen before dinner (Indian) and cake, it’s not happening lol. I’ll do core at least to keep my peloton streak alive.

It’s CD2 and I’m exhausted. Normally it only last one day but I’m making the most of it and taking it easy. I did Jess Sims Walk + Run from March 26, it had a decent playlist and the format of the class was great for a not so energetic day.
I’m having greasy fish and chips for dinner and I’m getting my first vaccine tonight. I think it’s Modena so I’m not too sure what I’m going to accomplish this weekend.

I got my 2nd dose of Pfizer today so it is an active recovery day of sorts. Mostly rest but we will take a 2 mile family walk in a bit.
Tomorrow is TBD depending on how I feel. It seems like the worst of the symptoms show up the next day so we’ll see.

I ended up doing a 20min 90s fun walk with Robin instead of spin. It felt good to be outdoors. We’re ordering diner food for dinner and I’m not mad about it.

Two successful days in a row of tracking everything. It definitely made me more selective in my choices, so I'm glad I'm recommitting to it.
Today was an active rest day ahead of my long run tomorrow. I did the pilates from yesterday's and the core workout from today's HCOTF calendar. 7 mile training run slated for tomorrow, I am already worried about how tired my legs might be, but hopefully it'll go better than anticipated.

I also leave my shoes in the pedals because I don't have the leg strength to keep unclipping

Ah that class with Adrian is perfect! Goblet squats and deadlifts all day, please.

30 minute 2010s ride with Bradley, he is a little bit rough around the edges still but I'm choosing to find it charming, and the playlist was great! 10 minute core with Selena 10 minute glutes and legs with Adrian 20 minute glutes and legs with Robin 20 minute yoga floor poses with Kristin from yesterday — really nice after all the leg stuff!
My MIL is up visiting for DS2's 7th birthday (today), and now that she and my parents are fully vaccinated he can hug everyone and it's SO cute, he is just stuck to them like a little limpet. Very sweet end to a long and stressful week.

Thank you for all of the birthday wishes! I had a really nice day yesterday. I walked a ton today so it was just a 20 min slow flow yoga tonight. But it was my 50th class and I was having a hard time believing I’ve already done 50 of them since I tried the first one in mid-January.
