It is supposed to rain a lot of the weekend, so not much going on. Which there is never much going on anymore...

I have a hair appointment this morning. I think we are going to go look at one of the potential builds again and try to make a decision about what we are going to do today.
Its such a hard choice. Our mortgage payment will go up, but it will be brand new. No repairs needed like a 19 year old house needs, that just creates more debt. We would pay off all debt when we sold so we could make the payments, but I just hate the idea of a higher monthly mortgage.

Good morning. DD competes today and DS has a game. I can’t go inside the meet so it’s another day sitting in my minivan and $25 for a link to watch from my computer. Her soccer team has been conditioning at a track and now she thinks she wants to run track. She’s been begging me to take her there outside of soccer practice because her coach told her she’s too fast and she needs to wait for her teammates but she wants to see how far and how fast she is on her own.

M has a playdate to ride bikes with her friend while the moms drink mimosas at 10. My sister and her kids are driving down tonight. They were supposed to fly but Southwest cancelled their flight today, some kind of computer glitch or something.
Anyway, M & H are so excited to see their cousins.

Morning. We had my grandpa’s memorial/cremation this morning. It was sad, but nice. The location was actually very pretty, with huge windows overlooking a pond/lake kind of thing, there was a storm raging outside but the sun came out at one point which was beautiful. I was good to see my grandma.
Everybody wanted to see baby girl, since almost non had met her. It was weird, but okay. Now I’m just exhausted. My grandpa, my sister, stupid stuff at school, vaccine side effects (which worth it!) and baby girl waking up almost every 1-2 hours every single night, it was a lot this week. I’m glad it’s over. I wish I had a heavy red wine, but I forgot to pick up a bottle 🤦🏼♀️.

I have homework, just one week left. I’m meeting my former boss B (she turned in her two weeks and they process it on 3 days) to go on a quick shopping trip while E naps and her two high schoolers watch my kids.

mwhip Hope you all get to see the homes and are able to make a decision. Exciting! I get it about the higher mortgage. I want to make some changes to free up money so we have more to travel and do other things. A lower mortgage is at the top of that list, but the housing market may make that hard now. 😒 nam2013 Just want to send hugs. I’m sure today was emotional. tgrimes That sucks. Glad you all get to spend time together. Have a mimosa for me please. kim22 Hope she does well today. I would love for M to do track. It was my favorite sport in high school. We used to have so much fun at track meets just hanging out while we waited for our events.

We’re on the road. Got a later start than I had planned, but no biggie. We are stopping in Memphis because FIL is there this weekend. Both his sisters that live there are having some health issues, so he’s there to help out. There’s a few stores there I want to hit up, so I’m hoping to drop all the boys off and do a little quick shopping before heading on to our final destination.

mwhip, I am so excited for you! I can’t wait to hear what you choose. Will you have a say with the finishes? Yes, we would pick all finishes, which is exciting because we could totally make it ours. This would be our forever house. We would eventually finish the basement so Evie would have her own living space, bedroom and bathroom down there. And since its a ranch, it would be easier on Hs knees since he's already talking about getting the right one replaced. I'm already thinking about what metals are in right now, but classic to last a long time. Nothing too trendy. Its raining though so walking through a house under construction sounds like a mess so I'm not sure if we will go today. It wasn't supposed to rain this morning...stupid weather. |

I have a hair appointment at noon and moms night out tonight with some friends. Other than that, I need to mop my floors, because after a week of saying I will, I still haven't.

I’m hoping the Allegra kicks in for him soon. We don’t have much going on this weekend so he can take it easy. |

Hey. I’m at work. I’ve had a few odd ball things happen today with patients. Makes the day more interesting, that’s for sure. I am not looking forward to losing an hour of sleep tonight. I’m going to try and spend some time outside this afternoon because we are supposed to get a bunch of snow tomorrow. The joys of SD winter/spring. wineallthetime I hope you have a great party! trtlcrzy almost four months . With the other kids I started practicing with bottles a lot sooner, maybe that my mistake this time 😕. Eta bottle recs or tips are welcome! So far we tried nuk, Avent (two different ones) and browns bottles. I just bought a lansinoh one. I pumped and put it straight in the bottle to be drank directly so the flavour and temperature of the milk wouldn’t change. I’ve tried, my h has tried, I’ve left the room. I would be nice if Dh could feed her every once in a while .

trtlcrzy this is the first year in a long time I'm not working DST weekend. I always hated it. Made the adjustment so much harder.
