We went and put the money down on the lot we will build on and talked to the agent about the house we want built.
I'm so goddamn nervous. Between this house and starting my new job tomorrow, I slept like shit and likely will for awhile.
Evies on spring break this week so she's going to MILs tonight and I'm going to bed early!

guster happy birthday to C!! Share pics sometime. I feel like we haven’t seen him in ages. I remember his cute baby chub! @winealthetime I hope your family recovers quickly. It’s funny I still see him as a two year old, and then I look at the pictures and I see how tall he’s gotten and how he slimed out and I can’t believe my little baby is five! |

The agent who works in the neighborhood we are building in called us this afternoon. She had a buyer come through this afternoon who can't find anything in our area and can't afford a new build. She doesn't want to move until her lease is up in August, but could go month to month. Shes going to come look at our house Thursday, so we could go under a very long contract, which would take so much stress off me.
So now H is running around figuring out what we have to get done before Thursday. Dude, our agent told us our house is fine. Chill the F out.

She doesn't want to move until her lease is up in August, but could go month to month. Shes going to come look at our house Thursday, so we could go under a very long contract, which would take so much stress off me.
