He might be gearing up to play tommy lee in the TL/Pamela Anderson series for Hulu. I saw he got that role a few months ago and, without judgment or disrespect, he does seem a little worn out which can happen when one tries to cut a bunch of weight in a short time I feel bad about what actors have to do to their bodies to play the different roles. Bulk up, slim down, dehydrate. It's not healthy. |

@icedtea I understand re: conversations. I am not really "out" IRL other than just being open about being attracted to women with my H. I guess I don't feel the need to be because it doesn't affect my daily life really since I'm in a committed marriage to a man. I wouldn't hide it in conversation -- like I have no problem chatting with my girlfriends and talking about being attracted to a particular woman. But it's not like, a 'thing' I feel the need to talk about super openly I guess? It has only been in the last few years that I have really come to accept that I probably do lean more toward bisexual vs just thinking women are also attractive.

I'm working through some resentment/feelings about how I was shamed into the closet for so long, but otherwise I'm in a similar place. Even just talking about people I find attractive in convos with friends feels so freeing. For a long time I just told myself it didn't matter because I'm married and etc, but I've come to a place where it's part of my identity and fully embracing it feels good. And I've officially gotten too deep/off topic for this thread š sorry y'all. It does definitely feel freeing! I don't know why I didn't talk more openly about it with close friends before -- we have been friends since we were young kids so if anyone was not going to judge me or care, it would be them. Plus my BFF is a gay man so obviously he gives zero shits. It does feel a little shameful at first, so I know what you mean. I also feel a little weird admitting it sometimes like, maybe I'm a fraud or something because I've never actually been with a woman. I just know I have always been interested in it but never pursued it when I was younger. It has only been recently that I have accepted that it is ok to be bisexual even when you may never actually act on it. I do regret not exploring it more when I was younger and single though. And yes sorry for the off topic haha. I feel like the other posters on the geek board are pretty accepting though.  |

This article talks a little about how they filmed EW spot. Just skimmed, but sounds like Sebastian's part was done on set while he's shooting a movie, Fresh. linkI agree that Sebastian's 'look' seems to change from role to role. |

@icedtea Yeah my school was right in the heart of Minneapolis, the main public university and Mpls is generally known to be a very gay friendly city anyway. But I was also deep in the beginning of my relationship with my late H for most of college. Lost opportunities is right!
I just texted my girlfriends in our group text basically saying Ok I wanted to make it clear that I do lean more bisexual at this point because I don't think I ever actually flat out said it. And now my palms are sweaty waiting for their reply. lol.
To bring it back to this thread -- I have never really been into the slash fan fic so the bucky/sam storylines will stay friendly in my head, hahah.

Is it tomorrow yet? Y'all, what if it doesn't live up to the hype? Aahhhhh Haha. I sort of wondered this for Wandavision. It was the first "new" project from Marvel in a long time and we were so excited for it and then when the first two episodes dropped it basically broke the internet.

@icedtea It honestly just happened because of the conversation we started having here, so thank you for that! haha. I texted my BFF too and he acknowledged that my shame/fear of admitting it made sense because a lot of the queer community can be really skeptical or disbelief about bisexuality (not from my BFF of course). But it is nice to be texting him about it now. And my girlfriends were nothing but supportive and happy that I told them straight (ha) up.

The Machinist? It was right before Batman. My bf at the time was a big movie buff and had all of Baleās movies. Watching him go from a healthy weight, to scary thin, to super bulked up for Batman was wild. |

Also I realized while reading this thread that we haven't seen mischief throughout Wandavision and now this! Does anyone know if she's doing alright? I know she's had a rough go of it this last year. |

Thanks, pianolove! Just watched and enjoyed. It's such a dance for any interviewer and anybody from the MCU - how to be interesting without confirming even the slightest rumor. I really liked the little sneak preview they provided at the end as well. Again trying to keep my expectations to a reasonable level, but can't wait. |

My heart just dropped when I saw Sam watching John walker carry his shield. He made that speech about it belonging to Steve, making sure it goes in Steveās display at the smithsonian and then to effing government hands it right back out. It was the combination of betrayal and regret on sams face that did it.
I wonder whatās going to happen to Sarah and her boys when Sam is inevitably gone back in action. Prepping myself for a āthe hero lets his family downā trope even though I hope he literally Captain Americas his way through it and save it all.
Bucky. Making. Amends. Little black book and all. And the therapist scene was a really good one. Heās so lost and is clearly struggling.

Even watching all the trailers, and reading reviews, I didn't expect a lot of what actually occurred - and yet it all felt inevitable. And apparently what my heart wanted.
An absolutely wonderful set up. And I want to send flowers and appreciation to the MCU's casting personnel.
I used some kleenex already - for both Sam, and his family, and those daily life battles, and when he did the 'right' thing that may have been just the absolute 'wrong' thing in DC? And for Bucky as well....I don't even know what to say about his scenes. Although flowers, and Battleship, and lunch with the old man - and so wanting, too, to be able to make amends. Boy, Shuri did great work - and the reference to Wakanda and peace just about made me cry out loud. I did have to laugh about how Bucky seems destined to take on bullies in alleys, though. Unique should be more respectful to his elders, IMO.
Hmm...I get why Bucky isn't picking up Sam's texts, and how Sam it is to keep texting. But I wonder if there will be conversation about who's holding Steve's shield right now, right? How are these guys getting together.
And, good intro for Flag Smashers for me, since I don't really read the comics.
I'm still stuck on what shield that actually is? Where did it come from? When did it come from? It wasn't the shield that Steve carried in Endgame.
And speaking of budgeting for heroes - wonder how Bucky's financials are as well.
Budgeting for TV - Marvel didn't skimp one penny that I could see.
