mwhip How does it feel to be done with that place? Amazing! Im still in my pjs. I found out this morning, today is the last day I can use my flex spending, so I spend $580 on different meds, band aids, wraps, etc. No idea where we will keep it all, but I'll have it when we need it! |

OMG S has a sub today and it is awful. He couldn't get the screen share to work for about the first hour. S was actually trying to tech support him from home. So far we are 2.5 hours into school and he has read them 1 story and asked them to write down the main characters and the setting. Everything else has been him trying to figure out what the hell is going on and basically talking to himself over the zoom.
I would have rather she just gave them all worksheets to do while she was gone!

Made everyone breakfast and got M off to school. I use to eat frozen breakfast sandwiches every morning, but with this new diet, I'm making myself and the kids eggs every morning. I ran and deposited payroll and got the stubs sent out. Just finished on the treadmill and now I'm going to do some weights before showering and lunch. Well after I read Brown bear brown bear 35 times to MJ..

Morning. My arm really hurt last night, I couldn’t sleep on that side, but it’s starting to feel better, I’m so tired and I got a killer headache, but I’m not sure it’s the vaccine or the crappy night and all the emotions of this week.
I got pies for tonight’s dinner, because even though I got plenty of food I’m just not motivated to cook. I’ll better myself next week.

I would like to highly recommend Kodiak cakes in a cup. It's basically Kodiak pancakes in a cup. You add water or milk and nuke it in the microwave. My kid went to town on the blueberry maple one and said it was better than my pancakes (rude!).
I just looked them up and they have way more options then I realized. pancakes, muffins, brownies. Yum!

Just trying to make it to Friday. The kids are at school and the sun is shining. I'm going to order a few Serendipity books for Cass for her Easter basket. I loved these books when I was a kid. I'm trying to decide what to get Madison. Debating on Hatchet, Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, From the Mixed Up Files of Ms. Basil E. Frankweiler...so many good ones for her age. |

Hi.
I’m feeling very energy zapped and tired today but I have a shit ton to do. Just little errands and phone calls that are enough to drive you crazy. We are going to Tennessee this weekend and I don’t think we will be seeing any houses because there are none to see. We may look at some rental townhouses as a backup, but we’ll be able to see the area and hopefully some schools.
I also have the itch to start packing the house, but all the day to day housework is not giving me much time to do much of that at all.

Hey. I made a quick stop at Costco this morning after I dropped S at school. We did end up getting a dusting of snow yesterday evening but it’s almost all melted. nam2013 sorry for the rough night. I had a bad headache for about a week after my first shot. Ibuprofen helped. klong11 I like the s’mores muffin kodiak cup. I pick them up at target on occasion. |

It’s gorgeous here today and it’s Thursday so C and I bike to and from school. I’m waiting for him outside now. It was so nice having widows open in the house. Definitely helps with that imprisonment feel.
Not much else going on.

lahdeedah would you consider building? We are seriously thinking about it. The market is so hot right now, houses go under contract within hours of going live. Im waiting on our lender to confirm we could qualify for the mortgage amount and we will likely make an offer. New builds are 7 to 8 months out here, but you could maybe find something short term to rent in the meantime.

Literally all the new construction is like 4-5 bedroom huge houses that go for way more than what we want. The market is hot like that here, too. I tried to look around at builder websites last night and there are no available lots in the area we want for schools. It would be nice to be able to do that. I joined a FB group for moms and someone asked about houses yesterday and two people chimed in and said they know of people transferring in June that will be putting up there houses so I just have to keep a look out. This is going to be stressful and I’m not looking forward to it. ETA: Congrats on the approval! Hope it works out! |

Also if anyone has Hulu there are all of these 90’s shows and movies available. I can’t watch My So Called Wife and Felicity for the tenth time but I like knowing it’s there. Wonder Years is on it too.
