I don't know. Scheming requires a fair amount of luck. Tyrion, Dany, Cersei - they all have needed luck to win. The great schemers are those that can bob and weave when things go off plan. Had Sansa died then Littlefinger would have had a great reason to attack the Boltons with the Knights of the Vale. When he won and no other Starks were around but he was the widower of Lady Stark's sister? Boom - legitimacy in a power vacuum. Also rewarded with the title of Warden of the North via his conversation with Cersei.
So again, he plays all sides for his gain.

Were Littlefinger and Varys scheming together in the beginning? I feel like they were allies way back when.

I wasn't disappointed by Cersei and Jamie. I feel they were setting up how different Jamie finds Cersei. I feel they did ok starting to build the strain between Cersie and Jamie.
I just don't like Arya.
I don't care about Jorah and would be ok with his death. I mean he has messed over people left and right. Of course, he will find a way to save or help Dany and maybe die this time.

theseaword - Littlefinger wants Sansa, I thought? I do not understand his long game, though, This is where I am.
I thought it was clear. He wants power. He wants that through marrying Sansa. A marriage between Sansa and him would unite House Stark and House Arryn. It would also give Peter a title which he has been lusting after.
Oh I think he wants Sansa bad. At first he just wanted the power available through her, but as he's watched her become smart and conniving the last couple of seasons, he's totally in lust.

I also dont care about Jorah. He doesn't add anything to the plot for me and I can't remember anything he's done except moon over Danny, and we have like 12 other characters plus 1 horde for that.

I don't feel what they want is aligned. Varys has been wanting what's best for the kingdom or so he says and LF wants power.
Varys has been making moves to put Dany in power. He conspired with Illyrio to get Dany married to Khal Drogo and to get her the dragon egss. He conspired with Jorah from the beginning.
He got Tyrion to be Dany's advisory.
He went to Dorne and got the Tyrells and Sand Snakes to be on Dany's side.
So right now it looks like no.

I am just so glad the book readers can't tell me every plot point before it happens anymore. This is so much more fun.

In the book, Varys and Littlefinger are scheming on opposite sides. Varys is and has Always been a Targaryen loyalist. Littlefinger is only self interested.

And Arya needs to pick one murder catchphrase. You can't have both "the north remembers" and "winter is coming". Pick one, Arya, don't hog them all. I know she's is just starting her murder run, and may need to try a few out before settling on her cool one-liner, so I'll give her some grace.

I will await confirmation. Wouldn't they have buried him at winterfell?

Is the giant White Walker the former giant that died? Wun Wun? I was reading an article where people were arguing about that in the comments section. Basically people were saying it was impossible for it to be Wun Wun since he died in Winterfell and the Nights King isn't there yet so he couldn't have resurrected him.

But in the future, one would suffice.

Well the one eye thing was what gave it away. Ramsay killed him with a shot to the eye. Though I do wonder how the Night's King got him.

The scene with the Night King and his army was a vision. Bran was presumably seeing the future. The White Walkers were on grass, so there's no way they were north of the wall. I'm assuming they resurrect Wun Wun when they pass Winterfell.

It's hard to see unless you're staring at it, but the ground in front of them looks (to me, anyway) like grass. Frosted, but grass. Then the cloud of snow takes over as the army marches overtop and they're walking on snow after.

If this is a future vision then that means the Night's King makes it to Winterfell and if he was buried he would be resurrected.

Can those who don't like arya tell me why? I am interested to hear the reasoning.
Her storyline bugged me for the longest time but I do like her and where she is now. I'm happy to see a Stark avenging The Red Wedding.

I hated how much filler was in this episode. Ed's scene was cheesy and way too long, the Citadel scenes were disgusting and way too long, and Dany's approach to Dragonstone was painfully long. The writers could have gotten their points across in a couple of quick scenes and a few lines of dialogue.

I wonder how it's going to play out now that Jon needs the dragonglass that is on Dragonstone. Will Dany give it to him to protect everyone? Or will Dany fight him since he is holding one of her seven kingdoms.

I'm happy to see a Stark avenging The Red Wedding. I can only speak for myself: TV Arya has a very strong bloodlust and no restraint. She kills and then kills and kills more. I don't find that badass or strong. I think she has a great skill but needs to grow and mature with it. She could be such a valuable asset for Team Stark but she's really all about herself, her revenge, and her desires.

I will follow you to the end !" Tyrion: "and the smartest!" Varys: "and the best ruler!" Jorah: (between hacking coughs) "and the most beautiful!" Gray worm: "and the most inspiring!" Etc
