I got in a 5min rowing workout this morning. Did y’all get the rowing machine? Did you feel so powerful after all your pushups?

It's a small one that folds up, so it's not fancy at all, but I love it. (I think S tried to convince me that a rower was pointless, based on a conversation with his brother about how the movements seem so basic... But I guess I won after coming back with "you literally just jog in place on a treadmill, so how is that any better? And the rower at least works more muscle groups.") I felt pretty good after 5 min. Tomorrow I will add a couple more min. 💪

I did another workout class on Sunday. Took today off.
My eating has been... not great.

So I’m hitting it hard again for 2 weeks. No booze. No sugar. Nothing that comes out of a package. 1 hour (est) cardio each day plus 14 days of chloe ting slender thigh challenge.
Yesterday I walked for an hour in a hilly neighborhood then did chloe ting. Today I walked for about 50 minutes just around work then came home and did chloe ting.
I’ve been doing great about my water. And I’m enjoying tons of fruits and veggies and protein so I’m not hangry.
Remind me of this next week.

I had a long walk on Sunday and did 2 twenty minute spin classes yesterday.
I ate decent all weekend but drank. A lot.

6 min done on the rower! I realized R had put the foot holds on upside down, so I fixed them, and it's a much better resistance now

I've walked the last 2 mornings. It's not as exhilarating anymore so I need to get some hand weights or try jogging.

45 minute spin class tonight. I was super excited to actually be able to take a live class tonight and then the app glitched. I did one of my favorite instructors who only does 45 minute classes.

Yoga, 8 miles on the bike, and Chloe ting slender thighs.
Protein shake, Asian chicken salad, apple with pb. Dinner is chicken and rice with broccoli. Blueberries after if I’m still hungry.
A little behind on water today. But doing good otherwise. A rough day but I’ve held my shit together somehow.
And 100 squats. Bc why not?

Ugh. I don’t FEEL like working out. I have a long workout scheduled for today and I skipped my short one yesterday so I really need to catch back up. But I’ve been working and cleaning house and doing laundry all day and I walked 2 miles. And I’m just not in the damn mood. But I also tried on a pair of my regular size of pants hoping to wear them in 2 weeks. But they are tight and very unflattering and showed off every lump bump and roll. So I NEED to work out.

Ok. Right after I posted that, I gave up and worked out anyway. Walked 2 hilly miles. Did 40 minutes of Chloe ting. Protein shake, kale salad, and minestrone soup today. Forgot my fruit after lunch. So I’ll have one after dinner. Good on water. Yay me!

I accidentally did a sort of dumb thing that gave me a 5-year-old accountability partner. I let DS1 come upstairs with me where I work out and play a Jurassic park video game while I do my workout. So now he is always begging me to go work out in hopes that I’ll let him play the game. 🤣

I’ve completely stopped running, but being back to school is giving me a lot of exercise. Our new one-way hallway system means I have to do a huge lap of the whole building every time I need to go to the copy machine or go anywhere outside of my classroom. Our mask breaks with the kids require us to take them on a walk around the outside of the building twice a day. Dropping my own kids off at school requires a substantial uphill walk every morning. It’s actually working out well- I’m getting more exercise than I did at home.

Well. I didn’t officially work out today. But this is literally the first time I’ve sat down all day. Work, then soccer, then shopping, then painting for 5 hours. I’m tired.
Protein shake, smoothie, and soup. Plenty of water. No alcohol, on a Saturday, even while mh drank beer and we watched football and painted furniture. I’m so proud of me.

Ok so I didn’t work out all weekend. Oops. But I also ate good and didn’t drink. And was busy all day both days. So whatev.
I’m feeling off today. Like I have a migraine but I don’t? But my stomach hurts too. So I don’t know what is going on.
I still managed to have a kick ass day. Walked 2 miles at work. Came home and did 30 minutes of chloe ting.
12k steps. 15 flights of stairs. A little behind on water bc I missed a cup at work when I wasn’t feeling well. Protein shake, kale salad, orange, chicken, quinoa, and carrots. Then probably early to bed.

Currently 10k steps. Only 3 flights of stairs. Good on water. Protein shake, kale salad, orange, taco salad, maybe another fruit if still hungry later.
Feeling much better today and definitely feeling stronger.
Edit: yeah imma pass on them squats. No thank you please.
