Who is suddenly panicking about how bad their nutrition has gotten? Who hasn’t been working out like they should? Who isn’t drinking their water?

Workout: Chloe ting round butt, love handles, abs, and hip dips (2nd set I missed last week)
Food Yogurt Paleo pancake Kale salad Snow cone (oops) Iced coffee with a little protein shake mixed in Pork tacos Thai style slaw Fruit
Stats No stairs, 4K steps, 30 oz water. Fail, fail, fail! Try again tomorrow.

The only good thing I’ve been doing is drinking water.
I want to do better. 😞
I thought about buying a 1 month of virtual classes so that I’d feel obligated to participate and get my exercise.

I've been eating all my feelings lately but also working out hard.
If I could clean up my diet I'd been in good shape.
Yesterday was two 20 minute spin classes. I'm doing two September challenges in the app I use.

Maybe I need a bike at home. I’m eating mostly ok but can’t fit in enough cardio. Gosh I feel chubby and uncomfortable.

S wants to buy a treadmill. I would rather have a row machine. Mostly, I hate running and going nowhere. It doesn't feel like "work"
Mostly, I'd like a few hours without the kids and no other priorities that take place of self care

I did chloe ting love handles and flat abs. And had pretty good overall stats. Apparently celebrating that with grilled cheez and tomato soup and a truly. Oops.

Chloe ting tiny waist round butt and 2 sets of hip dip video. 100 squats At 8 flights and 6k steps so far, and still need to meander out to the chick barn. At least 4 of my 24 oz waters. So 96 oz.
I just do so much better on work days. Who would have thought.

Woke up before the sun and went to yoga. Had eggs for breakfast and a protein smoothie for lunch. Came home from E’s soccer game and did chloe ting love handles. And had a snow cone. 😂 Balance I suppose.

I did 2 20 minute rides on Saturday and Sunday. Some stretching and yoga this morning and then maybe a bike ride after the kids are in bed.

Today I'm getting Serious about a journey back to pre-pandemic weight and fitness level. I am still limited with my back but I'll just modify where needed. I'm going to start one of the BBM 90 day challenges because those have worked well for me so far. Anyway, posting my workout daily keeps me accountable so I plan to do that here. Also started back into intermittent fasting at least 5 days a week (sun-thurs).

I've decided my arms are getting fat, so I started doing pushups yesterday. Do you think it'll make a difference in a month?

I did a bbm workout and abs. I had to modify a lot and now I'm spasming but I don't feel like I pushed it too much. It feels great to check it off. Surprisingly the running in place felt the best so I might try a short jog when MH gets home later.

Protein shake, chicken rice and broccoli, orange, homemade gf df pizza
4 flights of stairs and only 5k steps. Not enough water either. 64 right now I think.

I must have a little bit. Maybe the abs? About 20 min after I finished I got the worst nausea that stuck around for like 2 hours. I thought maybe the motrin finally burned a hole in my stomach since I took some right before I started but I guess not since it eventually went away.

Add a yoga press or triceps push up. I absolutely hate them so they probably work that area well. What's a yoga press? When you go from cobra to downward facing dog. Usually you push up to plank with your palms at your shoulders elbows at your side. Similar to a tricep push up.

I went on a solo 20 min power walk this morning. The air was cold, and it was so refreshing. Ironically, someone complimented me on my shoes which are $10 memory foam Walmart "athletic" shoes. They are so comfortable. I told you in the shoe thread I'm old LOL.
