After tennis we brought the kids to the pool for lunch/swimming. B recognized some kids from camp so they’re having a good time; not sure if he’s naturally Mr Social or if moving around so much has just made him adaptable, but I love that he makes friends so easily.
Meanwhile C has drafted me into playing ‘beauty salon’ and is currently giving me a “pedicure” on the side of the pool.

ETA: 8 teeth for N, wow! slenle. How nice that they’re coming in straight. B just lost #4 yesterday (initially thought he’d swallowed it—very traumatic—before finding it in his sandwich 🤦🏻♀️) Sadly I think braces are very much in our future. |

I thought T would be my kid to maybe not need braces but after his 2 front teeth fell out, they grew back with the same gap I had as a kid. The other 3 were pacifier addicts so I knew they’d need them. My oldest is in braces now, the orthodontist is super to nice to us because they will make ten of thousands off us.

When I worked for a residential designer in college one of the projects I worked on was the riverfront home of a popular orthodontist in town. That is a *very* lucrative business! 💰💰 |

Our dentist is also an orthodontist. So that comes in handy. We already paid for an upfront plan to address M's snaggle-teeth. Cass likely will be much less-extensive, but still need work. tgrimes just start feeding M Sugar Daddies. Those things are sure to rip loose even the firmest of teeth with no prior signs of loosening. |

We went to the hot tub store. The swim spa is not going to happen but I’m working on a pitch to DH about why I need the salt water hot tub even though it won’t be available until January and is a lot over what my budget had been.

Hi guys. I went in to the office today to take care of a project and it was awesome! I stopped at sbux on the way in, enjoyed having my 3 large monitors and giant desk space. I also saw a few coworkers that I hadn’t seen in months, so spoke w them thru masks and 6ft away.
Now I’m trying to decide if we should go to the pool or not. We had a lot a rain thru the day but now it seems to have stopped. I just don’t want to make the effort and then the storms start up again.

Evie has lost 7 teeth and the 8th is loose. So far, they all seem to be coming in straight. I had to have braces, H did not.

B’s teeth are totally jacked up. Aside from a huge overbite, she has a big gap btwn her 2 front teeth. She will need all the orthodontic interventions.

So jealous of you with beach/pool access. Our neighborhood doesn’t have one like our previous hood. Before COVID, I was looking into joining a club or something with one for the kids. I was going to be living my best tanned life while I hung out with the kids at the pool this summer. Maybe next year.

I need shopping help. I’m trying to plan ahead for fall family pics (i know, i know) and thought i had everything planned out. I found the cutest outfit for L but didn’t check sizing and it’s out if stock. Then I found Another option on Etsy but it’s not available. Anyone want to help my find something similar? Depending on weather, I may add a long sleeve shirt under.   |
