I'm in the office, unhappily.
I drove my husbands car today because the forecast shows no sign of rain today, potentially tomorrow. Well, it freaking rained, so I guess I'll wash the car on my way home today. I should have become a meteorologist.

Hi!! Working from home today. I’m hoping my company gives us some direction today after the governor’s announcement yesterday. I have a part of my project due tomorrow so I should be working on that but it looks like I need to check the teams email since no one else has.

Went to sleep with 5 fish, woke up to 4. A little morning googling tells me that while these little monsters won't attack and kill each other, if one dies they will eat the body. Which explains why there is no body.
Fish are hard man.
I should have just let her foster kittens.

Then I straight up told her that he must have died and they ate him. She found that to be quite rude and determined it must have been Daryl that died because he was the smallest. Idk if that was true or not, but I just went with it.
I think she had a bigger issue with when Marco I died because we had to flush him. I'm glad we didn't have another flusher. (although I did wake up mh to see if he had flushed him last night, but nope)

Morning. I’m at the second job. A little annoyed.
When I asked the manager here if he needed me this week, he sent back a reply that the schedule was light so he didn’t need me. Then one of the techs boyfriend’s tested positive so he texted me a couple hours later asking me to work. I come in today and the schedule is not light, they just hired another per diem tech ( I knew about this position opening) and she started so he didn’t need me. So he lied to me and that’s what I’m annoyed about. Tell me that you are training her so so I’m not leaving days open for you when I could be scheduling work at my first job.
Ok rant over so I will let it go. I will ask him point blank what’s happening going forward so I can plan my schedule accordingly.

lahdeedah what a shady jerk. Hope he starts being honest with you now. klong11 poor Daryl. I've always said "fish are easy pets" is one of the biggest lies. tgrimes wahoo! I hope your boss likes that schedule and it lasts longer than he proposed...or he just goes back to allowing wfh.

Vacation! This is long overdue. We're at an OR coast town. We debated for a long time whether or not to keep these plans (made reservations last year) and in the end decided to do it since it's super easy to SD at the beaches here and some stuff is open.
It's gorgeous and we're right on th beach. We'll probably do a day trip to Portland at some point.
Today I want to go to Costco and check out their laptops. Mine's like a decade old and the wifi won't work sometimes. OR has no sales tax so shopping is fun here.
