Yes jewels, exactly. I have a great amount of flexibility here, not to mention an easy commute. I also rarely feel stressed out with my work. At the risk of sounding totally unambitious, is it worth rocking the boat?

This is a thing? I had no idea. I know someone that got treated for it but it was on her face. I didn't think they'd do anything for me since it's just my legs. And I'm so terrified of getting it on my face, I won't touch it. Even after washing my hands. I used a tissue to wipe my eyes this morning. DNW this crap on my face! I had it on my legs and a bit on my stomach, nothing on my face. It was driving me crazy though. I was nursing Colin at the time, so she actually put me on an alternate treatment routine, since what she normally prescribes is strong and not BF-friendly. I don't have a PCP. Maybe I'll call the clinic and see what they would typically do before I go in.

Morning, girls! My maternity leave starts today. C is in camp full days until I give birth. I just left the gym. I did spin but I'm in so much pain now. I really don't want to stop working out. I need to find something I can keep doing.

peachsmama, that's a lot. I'm sorry about your goats, and sending love for sweet A. You can get steroids for poison ivy if it's bad. H reacts really badly to it, and the steroids help. I can't handle Tapatalk not working. Work blocks the website and using the web version on my phone sucks. My boss is back from vacation so things should be busy this week.

Cher You're so close to the end! Good for you for still working out! Maybe swimming? Low impact on your body. And being weightless when you're super pregnant is always a plus.

I was going to suggest swimming too Cher. You're a rock star for being so active so far into your pregnancy. I'm sorry for so many things happening at once peachsmama. guster I go 365 days without AC (because it's only needed about 2-3 weeks out of the year). Use all the fans. Open windows at night, close up everything before it starts getting warm in the morning. Hang out downstairs. Or just plain leave and go to the mall/movies.

Ok I'm going to sound like an asshole but I was hoping to swim AND do a class. Maybe that's too much. I'm going to try yoga tomorrow and if that's too much, I'll stick just with swimming.

Morning ladies. Glad for the day off. Have appts this morning and afterward we're checking one more mattress store then making a decision on The Big Girl Bed. My big girl looks kind of ridiculous in the converted crib because she's huge. Yesterday at my work picnic many people thought she and Maddie we're twins and guessed Cass was 5 or 6. Nope, just my giant 3 yo. @lizbinfl, I know this might kill you a bit inside, but we're going to The Mattress Ranch.

I noticed some mold in my air vent in my office. I told the office manager about it before I went on maternity leave and they were supposed to take care of it while I was gone. Then duct guys are here now and they showed us pictures of what everything looks like in the attic.

But with C, I had no contractions, this go round, I definitely feel this baby trying to escape.

I love that you scheduled maternity leave Cher! It's a fantastic idea! peachsmama, I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope the clinic can help your itching. That sounds miserable. I'm catching up at work post vacation. The good thing is that so many people were on vacation that I don't have a ton to catch up on. It was nice to get back into the routine though. I love DH but we spent an inordinate amount of time just the two of us this past week. I needed a break from him!

Morning. Dd slept like crap, so I'm exhausted. Annoyed by the fact tapa still isn't working. Landed in the hell hole of packing with kids, ugh I tend to forget that this reno basically means moving out and moving back in within four months, in between most of our stuff is going to be in storage, so I need to pack very wisely. Ordered a new car seat for ds, it has one of those shields in front of his tummy and they're strapped in the regular seat belt, but in a seat, it scored great on safety tests, any of you girls had experience with this? Is it like this? My sister has that one for her son. I think it works ok. Almost exactly the same, mine's black and a different brand.

I'm 30 minutes early for my Dr appointment. I'm sitting out in my car coughing my head off. It just won't stop this morning....you know, until I actually see the Dr. I'm sure I won't cough once. After all that pneumonia talk, I was going to ask you if you had been to the doctor. I'm glad you have an appt. Yeah, that thread was starting to freak me out. The appointment wasn't technically for my cough, it was for a lump I have on my neck that has appeared in the past few months. The obgyn thought it was just a fat pad, but wanted my pcp to check it out. He agrees that it is likely just a fat pad, BUT has given me a referral to an ENT to get it checked out further, just to be sure. As for my cough, it acted appropriately and he said since I've had it so long and he got to hear it for himself he was going to go ahead and treat it like bronchitis and prescribed me a zpack. He also refilled all my other stuff, so I'll be back in my medication induced happy mood soon. LOL

Yes jewels , exactly. I have a great amount of flexibility here, not to mention an easy commute. I also rarely feel stressed out with my work. At the risk of sounding totally unambitious, is it worth rocking the boat? My commute is actually one of the things that is pushing me out the door. It's a minimum of 40 minutes, some days over an hour with traffic. I feel like work was such a bigger priority prekids, and even pre second kid. MH travels, sometimes weeks at a time, and during busy months is often gone more than he's here. As old fashioned as this sounds, I feel like my career has to take a back seat to his b/c I am the one in town. And it's a lot to work 40+ hours plus 10 hours in commuting while keeping the kids alive and the house together. So for me, I am only looking at jobs that are less than 30 minutes away (trying for 15) which is hard b/c I am solidly in the 'burbs and most opportunities are in NYC or its outliers, and I'm not willing to do that commute anymore.

joelies and inthekitty, we've been spending lots of time in the basement and going out for meals. The outside temperature has been pretty mild so with the shades drawn and the fans going it's bearable. Ac people will be here between 2 and 4; the receptionist kept trying to reassure me that it would be a small fix with a part already in their truck. Our condenser isn't spinning at all so I don't have much hope.

FF DS all of a sudden got car sick a lot, so around 3 months ago we changed him to FF. he hasn't been sick since. ETA were getting a new seat because he's almost outgrown the old one and dd almost needs it anyway, I love it when a plan works out.

Hi! That car seat looks like a seat on a rollercoaster. Lol yummeecookee congrats on the interview! I hope it's an easy decision for you once it's over. Sounds like you have it pretty good at your current job, but I understand wanting to see what else is out there. Good luck! Take it easy Cher and enjoy your pre baby maternity leave! Sorry about all that you're dealing with peachsmama. Glad you finally got something to kick the cough klong11.
