S had a parade style kindergarten graduation today. It was cute. They got out of the car 1 at a time to go up for their “diploma”.

My mom and I are going to try and walk every evening after I get the boys in bed. We started tonight and got almost an hour walk in and it was nice. Mallory rode half the time in her jogging stroller and I carried her the rest.

I also scheduled my consultation for my breast augmentation. July 31st. They would prefer I be done nursing and close to dried up. That way they can tell if I just need implants or a lift also. Pretty sure I'll need both but we'll see. I'm excited to have it on the calendar. I can't wait to feel good in my own skin. It has bothered me since puberty at 12 years old.

I learned my lesson the hard way about getting my ring cleaned semi-regularly to make sure my prongs were all doing their jobs. Find yourself a good jeweler when you can get out.

Nice! I keep thinking about when I am going to start the process and I just don’t know. I would like to now, but I don’t have the money for it with my house projects I want done and my laser hair removal. Compared to some other places, I feel like laser is more expensive here. Maybe it’s the type of laser the places here have. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Lol I used to go to a local jewelry store in AL occasionally to have it cleaned, but have not done that since we moved. But the kicker is that when I looked at it- it was not clean at all. I don’t know where he went, but clearly they didn’t know what they were doing because it didn’t look any different. I guess I can break out the windex and old toothbrush to give it a gentle scrub.

I've been saving $50 a week towards it since MJ was born. We'll put the rest on a medical credit card. I know if we wait until we save the full amount we'll keep using it on other things and I obviously don't want to use our emergency savings.

I was thinking of yesterday talk when I read this book with Dd this morning. It is a nice way to talk about how we’re all different, but equal. It is also a beautiful book in general, not only about people, but animals, nature etc.

lfig I love her little cap and gown!!!

They didn't do an actual graduation for the kindergarteners. They did one for the 5th graders later in the day and they came at scheduled time slots.
But as we drive around in the parade all the teachers told her how proud they were and congratulations. We both teared up.

I don’t think my jeweler is open yet but I really need to get my ring in because it has a loose stone. I haven’t been wearing it for months because of it.

After I had M2 when we still lived in AL and I had a full time job, my plan was to contribute the max to the dependent care savings and not touch it until the end of the year when I could get it all out and bam... $5k for surgery. So just treating it as a savings that I didn’t touch.

Now I can’t do that being a per diem employee without the hours.

I may have an opportunity for steady hours later this year based on something I saw today at work, but I have to wait it out until someone mentions it to me. I am plotting my boob job fund. 😈🤣

Depends for sure. When I was seriously considering it, I got a quote just under $9k from a highly recommended surgeon. She wanted a full year post-nursing and a clean mammogram, so it never happened.

Just implants around here is 5-7. I'm not sure what it will be with a lift if I need it.
