H woke up at 5:30 because he soaked through his diaper. I got him cleaned up and tried to get him to go back to sleep.

Morning. I feel like i haven’t had time this week to check in. Kudos to all you mamas who are working while trying to do this distance learning. I’m struggling to keep up with it and we only put in an hour or two a day, and I’m not working. You guys are super heroes.
I think the biggest struggle comes from H. He is non stop, go go go and really having a hard time with not being able to go anywhere. Add a needy baby and a husband who doesn’t handle stress well... man... it’s been a long couple weeks.
Minneapolis announced they are closing all parks and pools through the summer. 😳 I hope it doesn’t become a statewide thing unless absolutely necessary.

Morning! I'm so excited for the weekend and NOT having to supervise distance learning for 2 whole days!! We've been breaking up Col's work and it really has been better, but it's still constantly in the back of my mind. We've been watching the boys in Colin's class (via Flipgrid) get their at-home buzz cuts, so DH was joking about what to do with them. He mentioned Chase's barber by name and the poor kid burst into tears. DH is accustomed to being home, I'm still connected through work and my phone, Colin even has the ability to see his friends' faces. Chase doesn't get to see his friends, his barber, or even Grandma. Poor kid.  |

slenle I understand closing the playground area, but I wish they wouldn’t close the whole park. We have a few parks here with walking trails and big open spaces that I feel like we could social distance well, but I don’t know. I get that you can’t trust people to do the right thing- like the beaches and DC cherry blossom situation- so we all suffer.

Morning. I’m at work. It’s slow and I’m tired. I stayed up too late watching a dumb show. klong11 Yep, I’m yelling at Jessica. I have a few places to go after work- drop my taxes off and I need to do a grocery run before our SIP goes into effect tonight. I won’t be back at work until next Friday, so I’m trying to get what I need so I won’t have to get out much until then. Guess I can meal plan in my spare time. |

Morning! Our NP that I work for is contemplating closing fully. But I’m hoping not. There are so many trails for people to utilize to get out of their house. And I think people will riot if we try to enforce a full closure. We already closed the picnic shelters and campgrounds and visitor centers. Let the people have something! Plus my poor H will be running ragged trying to deal with that if it happens.

They put construction fencing around the play ground at the big park here so people can still use the trails. |

I think we'll have a popcorn and Onward night. I work tomorrow, but may be able to "work" from home SUN. I'm so hoping I can because I've been getting a lot of work done for this job and should be caught up enough by then I don't have to do anything and can sleep in and relax.
TP to the people ruining the trails and beaches for people. I'd love to hike.

I'd like to hope that's the case, however I already know they're laying off my legal assistant. She's been there 17 years, is a single mom and has 2 special needs children. They give no fucks. |
