We just got home from the gym and I’m making the kids a frozen pizza for lunch. I did Pilates and now I’m exhausted. I need to go to the mall later to buy a bday present for a kids bday party tomorrow. Any discount codes for the DisneyStore?
Other than that probably just making dinner and hanging out at home. Maybe with our neighbors but i haven’t texted yet to see if they are around this evening.

A will be 2 next Sat. I can't stop looking at baby pictures of him. So tiny and adorable! I want to go back and snuggle his little 3.5lb self again. Though I would NOT want to go through that delivery again. And now I have all the baby fever!

I’m making appointments to get quotes on quite a few home renos I want done. I think we’ll actually move out for a month and just coordinate the contractors back to back. I’m excited! When you’re done can you please come make all my appointments, too?? ☺️ Organize my life vino!!!! 😅 I got you.  |

That's kinda where I'm at. They do this for literally everything. They will not commit. If you ask they say "yea we should be able to" but never just yes. So then when it gets close and you try to confirm, 75% of the time they back out. That's crap. I hate it when people use you as their "convenience plan". At a certain point I stop inviting people like that to things. Although it being your BIL makes it a little more difficult. And it really sucks that when we do all actually hang out, we have a blast! It would be easier if it wasnt fun, I would just stop trying lol. |

The entire house painted, baseboards and window casings ripped off and new ones painted and installed, oak hardwood floor refinish with a stain to a really nice (not super dark) brown and kitchen reface. I’d really like to do my master bath but that’s something we can do later cause it’s a stand alone job. nam2013 |

Cass was upset this week because "I keep getting trouble for things I didn't do." Last night I finally found out what happened. In one incident a kid kept getting in her chair and she said, "I want to sit in my chair by myself." She got in trouble for using "bad words." I realized the kid must have thought she said "shit in my chair." I had a good laugh about it with her as I got the joy of explaining what shit means and pat myself on the back that she didn't know that word yet.
The other incident involved a kid telling her to smell their breath and she said their breath smelled like noodles and got in trouble for it. ? ? ? When she explained it, it sounded like the kid said "smell my breasts."
I'm laughing over it but also annoyed she missed recess twice for kids tattling on her and the teacher taking them at face value and making no attempt to find out what really happened. She strives to be good as gold at school so she was upset about being in trouble. I'm going to email the teacher.

Madison is making a portrait of me at the Children's Museum. 😬🤪 She keeps calling my beauty mark mole a "pimple" and added quite a few age lines. It's a great self-esteem boost.
Update: she made my eyes black and red. 😈👹

Hi!!! Just catching up from the week. Work has been crazy! Plus thing at home are getting crazy. We have to replace the tub in the kids bathroom. Not excited for that. I finished the homework for this week. Last semester I got on the Dean’s list at school.
I’m currently doing laundry and dishes. Kids are napping. I’m also watching the trial of Gabriel Fernandez. It’s so sad I followed it in the news and cried every time I heard it when it was happening.
I’m sorry I’m not keeping up here

I'm home from the bday party. The drinks were either SO sweet or super strong but we had fun and now I'm sipping wine on the couch. MH is out with a friend and I'm about to get L and C to bed.

Today was so great. I ended up spending most of my time in the kitchen; made two types of mini muffins and some homemade ‘jello’ that’ll be ready tomorrow, hopefully it’s good, and a delicious dinner. We went grocery shopping later in the afternoon and dare I say the kids were delightful and helpful.
They’re down now and I’m not sure what to do, read or watch a movie.

MJ slept until 9! So I slept until 9! A got up with the boys at 8. We started the behavior color chart again to hopefully encourage good behavior. I bought a bag of favor bag fillers for an instant reward if they end the day on a positive color. Hoping this helps! I know it'll get better once we can send them outside, but only god knows when that will be...

No one up yet?! I made a cute breakfast for the kids, mini croissants & rolls, fresh apple cider & eggs. Afterwards the kids and I made banana bread & brownies, just as we put theming the oven, my parents called and asked if we were up for a trip to the beach. The wind was insane, the kids literally got blown away 😂, but it was nice anyway.
I just repeat treated the kids for lice. I’m a goodie two shoes, and the package said to repeat after a week, so I did. Even though I never found a live lice... I’m tired and I need a break, so snack plate again tonight!

Morning! I'm at work. I slept like a rock last night when I finally fell asleep, and it was super hard to get out of bed when my alarm went off. It's been fairly quiet at work, which is fine with me. I may take a nap when I get home from work this afternoon and then we are going to the IL's for supper to celebrate S's birthday. I'm just glad I don't have to figure out supper and cook.

peachsmama according to Norwegian people, there no such thing as bad weather only bad clothes  , only at -25 they stop playing outside with the kids at daycare 😳. Put them in raingear/snow suits and send them out!

We are also watching the Gabriel Fernandez doc series. I remember the case but it wasn’t more than a blip on the news over here. It’s so horrible. We are only three episodes in and dh is away until Thursday so it will be a bit to finish it.

I watched The Kingsman last night. It had lots of exploding heads. 🤯 It was fun nonsense.
A 2 bedroom at our timeshare came through for Disney so that really helps with my mom joining us now.

Coronavirus has officially hit WA. We've talked to the kids about handwashing more and I think I'm going to Lysol today to feel better about it.
Saw the first "one person dies from coronavirus and the government dedicated 1.2 billion to it, but 22 veterans die by suicide everyday but what do they do?" post. 😒😒😒 People are so stupid. It's called the VA. There are many programs specifically devoted to the mental health of veterans and preventing suicide. Money was taken away from CDC funds for the fucking wall. Money is to stop and outbreak to prevent more deaths not because the life of the person who died is more valuable than that of veterans.
