Good to know about the KitchenAid appliances. We’re still working with what came with the house and although they work very well I don’t like the look of them anymore. We need to do some renovations in the kitchen eventually, so I will be on the lookout. When the time comes, I am considering getting rid of my dishwasher and putting in either a snack fridge or a warming drawer. It’ll be two years that we’ve been here in April and we’ve used it twice. Does not compute. I adore my dish washer. |

I cant say I adore mine, but I wouldn't buy a house that didnt have a dishwasher. I dont have time in my life to handwash everything. |

+ whatever to not caring about football.
The only time I’ve been remotely interested is years ago, a roommate and I moved into a brand new apartment building downtown and so did half the CFL team for that season. They were always at our house eating everything in our fridge and loved that we made homemade meals. They were our social life for that season and we got the family tickets which were on the 50 yard line. I had zero idea about the game but the beer was good 🤷♀️

I know it’s weird. I hate the waiting with it. Do you mean waiting for it to run? 99% of the time, I set mine at night before bed so we DH (I *hate* unloading) unloads it first thing in the a.m. eta: Dh says when he was single, he rarely used his DW b/c he only messed up a couple dishes at a time and would've had to wait a week to fill it to run. But with kids, I find we run a load every other day or so. Team can't imagine not having one here. |

mwhip I love the atmosphere when the hometown sports team is killing it, everyone gets on the bandwagon and it really does bring everyone together. We had a Stanley Cup run in ‘06 and to be in the centre of it was amazing. Enjoy the game tomorrow!

We run it at night most times and I unload while the boys eat breakfast. We didn't have one at my parents for almost 3 years and it was hell. |

Rookie mistake! Lol. Hope you don’t get too hungry! Will you get the findings right away? When I had mine they gave me the findings when I woke up. I like instant results! I'm not sure. Hopefully! ETA: when they called with my barium swallow results they left a voicemail and said, "we're calling with the results of your test. They were......*super long pause*.....ok?" WTF does that even mean? Ok as in normal, ok as in good enough? Don't pause and use a word like ok with a question in your voice!! So hopefully they will tell me today and not message me later. I’ve become so tired of that phone tag, although I know it’s policy for good reason, that I have routine rly started ending my messages with “please feel free to leave a voicemail with this information.” |
