I’ve been binge watching good girls on Netflix since H was out of town last weekend. He wanted to watch a scary movie tonight so we split up and im continuing my binge while he’s watching his movie downstairs.
Our next door neighbors came by to play games with the kids earlier. They’re cute... mid fifties and empty nesters. They love our kids so they just wanted to come visit, it was pretty sweet.

inthekitty I was helping with a few things for today. Luckily all the systems I support went well and no real issues. There was 1 guy who cried wolf a couple times at the beginning but that was it for seeing things go down. The rest of the time I was in my office or delivering things to the team working it.

Hello one day late,
Josie was off yesterday and M the most horrible cold (like the opposite of a man cold it’s so bad but he still thinks he should be doing everything he normally does) so he also took off.
I dropped Charlie off at school and the lights flickered there twice in the two minutes that I was talking to his teachers. I asked if they thought I should stay local and they shooed me away and said no no it’ll be fine. Of course 50 minutes later when I was 30 minutes away they called, and said that they were closing for the day. I got only a tiny bit of my shopping done and was stuck in the Starbucks drive thru line when I got the call. I knew it was going to take me longer to get there so I added five cake pops to my order as a peace offering. Thankfully, I was not the last parent picking up.
Came home and got the kids settled with lunch and some activity in the playroom and ran back out to the grocery store to finish shopping for today’s impending snow and everything for next week.
Stressful but I’m glad I have most of the things done that I need for the weekend.

Has anyone else watched Good Girls? I find Rio very attractive btw. I'm on season 2. Rio is very hot. I liked Fleabag. Still need to watch Mrs. Maisel. Started Instant Family with MH is the room. He was in tears and said "you made me watch this stupid movie so I'd adopt didn't you?" When I stopped it to attend TKD he said I couldn't finish it without him. |

mamabear if open casket I'd get the details and not bring him if avoiding viewing him will not be an option. Even as an adult I'm very uncomfortable with open casket. It's not the last memory I want of someone I cared about. I'm glad he lived a long life and am thinking of you.

DH and I enjoyed it, it was a good story and there's a lot of humor to go along with the touching parts. |

It’s great! Have you watched any of the previous seasons? Nope! The first episode was a little slow for me but it’s terrific all beyond it! Super funny, amazing beach house porn, and I love June Diane Raphael and her fashion just so much. |

Grace and Frankie is great. I'm watching the last season now but it was time for it to end. I'd say it drew out a little longer than it should have but still enjoyable.
I admire Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin's activism so it makes their buddy comedy more enjoyable to me. I think most who like the Golden Girls would enjoy this.

Add me to the Grace and Frankie list. It was light and funny. Agree about them dragging it out. I’m not even sure I finished the last season because it got to the point where it just served as background noise. I couldn’t keep my attention on it.

I actually didn’t end up going with the Matt and Nat, I was looking for a tote for work and couldn’t find one that I loved or in store for me to try on. BUT they just opened a store here in the mall and am in love with these, but I’m between the Leaf and Pebble colours. mattandnat.com/en_ca/sam-crossbody-bag-pebbleCute! I like both colors, but would probably do Pebble. It’s close enough to a blush that I think it would function like a neutral with most outfits. See, what generally happens in these situations is I hum and ha about the bags, the colours, go back and forth and end up ordering both. Ooops! I’m going to head to the store next weekend and try it on, see how I like it. |
