An instructor at my TKD studio wants me to teach an hr-long women's self-defense class. He wants me to do a trial run on the 30th and 31st then launch in JAN. I do not have enough material for an hour class 3 days a week. He's supposed to be training me but I don't know when that's supposed to happen when we go out of town for Christmas on FRI and the dojang is closed next week. He's got a lot of pie-in-the-sky ideas and I'll be happy when this one fizzles out.

The video he did for Adore Me is a little odd, but the song is so good. Very catchy. I told mh to buy it for me. Right now I just listen to it on Spotify while I'm at work. |

joelies yikes. I hope they get you more information soon. How are your parents handling this at the moment? I think my Dad is really down in the dumps, which is understandable. My Mom keeps trying to remind him that he's alive today and fretting isn't helping, but I can sympathize for sure. He's also scared of doctors on a good day, which is possibly making things even worse. I spoke with them both a bit ago and apparently the doctors are convinced it's small cell vs. non-small cell because he had a clear chest x-ray just last November, so the growth was rapid. My Mom said there's also something on his liver but the doctors aren't convinved they aren't just cysts. But the concern is things are advanced, whcih is only adding to my Dad's mood. I'm not sure I can do much but check in on him and try to be there for my Mom. I REALLY hate how far away they are right now. |

Charlie’s eye is red and goopy. I’m guessing pink eye. I mentioned it to my husband and now he’s acting like we’re all going to die from it. He is convinced he has it; we’ll get it, and the children should be in bubbles.
I get that it’s contagious, but calm down!

I am feeling super lazy today. I ordered stuff from target and did drive up, but at least the teacher gifts are done. S has been doing a good job of playing by herself this morning which I appreciate.
