Same.  I just don't want both at the same time. 

I can' imagine how much it would hurt to vomit with strep.

I actually liked KS. I mean, L’worth was small, but we loved KC and Overland Park. Coming from VA, people were so friendly in comparison (reminded us of home), there was a lot to do, and the city itself was really clean, which was impressive for a large metro area (as opposed to NYC, Philly, etc).

Winter weather sucked, but the rest of the year was great.

For me the biggest downside was that it’s far from the coast...growing up near the beach/water, I need quicker access.

Hi! I’m at work. It’s been a steady morning, but seems like it’s about to slow down. I’m going to try to go to the walk in clinic when I leave. The boys have haircuts this afternoon. My ILs decided to come this weekend, so I can get them to pick the boys up if I need to. We are surprising M tonight with a cake. He goes to the hotel with Mh and the football team on Fridays. Tonight when they are at dinner, we will have the football team sing him happy birthday and I’ll come out with the cake for everyone. I think that will make his day. Then I have a concert to go to after that and I’m going by myself. I didn’t have anyone that could go with me, but I wanted to go so I said F it, I’m going. It’s not far from the hotel Mh will be at, so maybe I can get someone to drop me off and pick me up so I won’t have to park and walk.

I was hoping for gloomy weather all weekend so we could have pajama days and I could bake.

92 fucking degrees is what they forecast.

So, I’ve got to figure out how to entertain my heathens. My right arm/shoulder/elbow strain has improved with rest but I’m pretty concerned about that going the wrong direction.

Having an eighteen month old and giant three year old who always want to be carried feels like it’s literally killing me.

for realz.... it's nice.... keeps her outside playing, gives me a break, and she's tired at bedtime. Win win all around.

TGIF, and I've only worked 2 days this week. And the term work is used lightly. I found some in home daycare on nextdoor and they have called to schedule a tour...I'm hoping it's acceptable bc they have an opening in Jan and is like half the price of our center! Long term we want her closer to my work though since getting all the way home by 6 is stressful, but I'm feeling better.

Also someone rummaged through both our cars last night. We lock our cars... I don't think anything was taken. Mh noticed his car and then checked mine and said it was fine...I guess he's used to a mess in the car since when I went out the driver's seat had all the contents of the center console on it 😳. I have heard of people using some tool that can control keys inside houses to unlock cars, so I guess that may have happened?
