Hiiiii! Everyone, meet my sweet baby BOY!! Louie arrived at 6:27 pm after 3 contractions. 8lbs 7oz. He’s perfect. This labor was so breezy compared to the other two, it feels so weird. The kids were able to briefly meet him. They came at bedtime so h was tired and not quite into it. They’ll come back tomorrow after school.   |

In regards to the mispronunciations, people usually get my girls names correct except for my in laws. They call S “see-anna” which is not how you pronounce her name. People also add an extra n to her name but I was expecting that so I don’t worry about it too much.

Drives.me.nuts. its Jac.lyn. but she says it like Jack-uh-Lynn. She puts a ton of emphasis on the "uh" sil is 16, seriously can't say your granddaughters name right after all these years? Makes me twitchy. |

My name gets mispronounced all the time. Usually they add an “a” to the end. That upsets me more then anything because my High School secretary put my name with an “a” at the end on my transcripts when she thought it was wrong. It delayed me getting accepted to college.

I mispronounce so many names. I used to train a lot of people at work. My favorite trainee, who I will never forget, when I was reading the list of trainees I got to his name and literally said “I’m not even going to try and pronounce this, I know I’m going to butcher it”. He came up and said “it’s like Backwash but with a T instead of a W”. I will never forget his name and this was 10 years ago. He doesn’t even work for the company anymore and still remember his name.
