Good morning, I’m at work. It’s been quiet and I’m ok with that. DH and the girls will be gone when I get home from work so I’ll have the house to myself for the afternoon. I can’t wait to keep binge watching mindhunter. I am really liking this show.

Getting ready for our annual Run Like a Dog 5k. I need to get in a workout then I'll get the kids up. It's doggy Disneyland for Lily.

Morning, we went out for pancakes and then did the sibling hospital tour. They charge for it now, which is silly, but I think it was helpful. Now dropping off kids and off to meet my cousin at a mall to pick up all my baby stuff.. she said she'd drop it, but I'm happy to meet somewhere so it doesn't turn into a playdate..that's probably awful of me to say.

Hello! We are driving to our first vacation spot. It's just under 3 hours away so not bad at all. The kids are eating chicken nuggets and fries and I'm hoping for a nap at least from A and L.

It came out yesterday! You should watch it, I think I’m on the 3rd episode now. That’s sounds like a show I’d really like. It’s a good one. Yesterday I realized that the main character voices kristoff in frozen. |

The kids loooooved Fenway last night, we didn’t last more than three innings, but we knew that before hand. We visited the New England Aquarium today. The kids had a blast, but to be honest I thought it was a lot of money for what it was. Dd is napping and then we’re heading to the park & to pick up my ring!

Morning sexy chicks.
Busy morning with me and the kids packing up Zoe to a vet appointment, she had her annual check up, two vaccine needles and a then a blood draw and urine sample since it’s been 5 years since her last one. MH went grocery shopping while we were doing that and now I’ve raced off to soccer camp, B was on the fence about coming at all but it’s the last one, thank goodness.
Playdate this afternoon with some friends and then the days over. Weekends go by too fast!

Went to the park for a kindergarten meetup this morning. It was way too hot. My in laws ended up with an extra ticket to the Texans game tonight so they’re goin to take M. Which means she’ll spend the night...SCORE!

The run was fun. The girls did well. I love seeing Lily so happy. Unrelated, ear infection experts ( tgrimes) will you be my Dr. Google? Some pain, watery, some crustiness when I woke up, feels like I have water trapped in my ear, also sounds like my ear is underwater. I feel like I'm 5 because that's probably how old I was the last time I had one. |

Hi ladies and happy Saturday!
I had a hair appointment at 9, then got groceries, then went for a mini facial, where I booked an appointment for an hour long facial this Friday.
H got home a bit ago so we are just being lazy. He left Indiana at 4:30, so I doubt he will feel up to going to my brother's to watch the game. I really want to go, but will likely stay home with him since he was going all last week and will be gone part of this coming week.

I was able to score a last minute spot at the salon with the girls. They are both looking shaggy. They are thrilled because haircuts are one of their favorite outings.
I managed to convince them both to go for chin lengths instead of pixie cuts.

My parents were supposed to be flying up in 11 days and staying with my brother and I for 3-4 weeks. We were all really excited. My Mom called about an hour ago to say she fell and broke BOTH her ankles and won't be able to travel. I am so bummed and she's just heartbroken. This sucks.

We went to a place that tours a cave and has a train ride where you can feed deer. We met my brother and her daughter. You wouldn't know Cadence was sick at all. No fever and acting completely normal.
She and my are currently riding her bike around the block.

She's in SC right now visiting her brother so she's only been to the emergency room. She's going to see the orthopedist this week, they suggested that surgery was in her future. I assume she'll be in a wheelchair.  She definitely can't fly, or at least it wouldn't be worth it. She's in her late 60s and starting to have a tough time getting around, let alone with 2 broken ankles, and we have stairs to get in the house and even more to get to the bed- and bathrooms. |
