Very fun first day of vacation. We went to the pool and then walked to the beach and played on a playground. Then an amazing super kid free beer garden on the water for dinner before going back to the pool. MH and the big 2 are still at the pool and I just got A down!

joelies, how awful! They recently moved, I think. Are they close enough to manage a trip for you to see them? No they're in FL and between work and school starting in just over a week, it's just not possible. My Dad said they may reschedule for the holidays, which is better than nothing. |

Scheduled a pedi appointment for Cadence on Monday morning to get her ear looked at and hopefully cleaned out. The Dr yesterday tried and I tried today. Nothing. She is now refusing to let me touch it and I don't want to make it worse.

We met up with kids from daycare at the city festival. They had so much fun! There was no line and they had unlimited ride wristbands. But it was so hot and humid out and no shade so I'm exhausted. But E is asleep and mh is out so I have my feet up relaxing

My parents were supposed to be flying up in 11 days and staying with my brother and I for 3-4 weeks. We were all really excited. My Mom called about an hour ago to say she fell and broke BOTH her ankles and won't be able to travel. I am so bummed and she's just heartbroken. This sucks. Oh no! Fx for a Speedy recovery |

Sorry to hear about the C's ear klong11. And all the strep and mysterious illness going around. I swear cold and flu season shouldn't be starting for another few months!! |

Phew just took my final and it took over 2 hours, but got an A🙌. Fair productive day. I'm pretty sure the arms reach bassinet my cousin gave me is from 1985, so I think I'll borrow my friends Halo bassinet again. Currently it's housing every stuffed animal in the house..

Great job tallb! I think we need to go look at refrigerators today, so we have a back up plan. It's making the same noise it was before we left for vacation, but louder. I'll try to schedule someone to come look at it, but if it isnt making the noise when they are here, I'm told they cant fix it. I have a feeling its just going to die soon. |

She was walking to my uncle's mailbox with my Dad and stepped in a hole, but beyond that, she couldn't explain how she managed to break both ankles. I feel like it explains a lot about me though, haha. |

Morning! I had a long night of work-related dreams then decided to sleep in with DH instead of getting up to run. I figure I'll get in a few miles on the treadmill later when Chase naps. For now I have to take Chase to the grocery store while DH and his Dad work on the Murphy bed. Colin may just stay here while they work since he behaves pretty well solo.
Not much else planned. I don't think we'll have any info on my Mom until tomorrow at the earliest so there's not much to do there.

Good morning! I went to sleep later than I should have so I’m tired this morning. Work has been slow which doesn’t help. Last night when I was trying to fall asleep a huge thunderstorm rolled through. It was so loud. My incisions are a little more sore today, I’m thinking because I was a lot more active the last 2 days and it’s catching up to me.

The contractors finished everything on one side of our house, so today will be spent cleaning out the closets to get all of the dust out, putting everything back in its place, hanging pictures and doing laundry. It’s crazy how different the house looks now.

Way to go tallb! Must feel good to see some progress tgrimes. We're going to a kids obstacle course race today. My friend was going to join us but she bailed because she hurt her arm. I'm kind of bummed but the girls and I will still have fun. |

Maybe you can make a video of the noise and they can suggest if it's fixable or you need a new one? Do you have an appliance repair store around? Maybe they could watch the video. I need to go for a swim today. Next Saturday is my 2.4mile swim and I have been sick for three last 2weeks not swimming. Hopefully with school going back I can get into a routine. I'm having a hard time going back to the pool after open water swimming.
Then later I'll take E to the pool because it's going to be real hot today and it will close in a few weeks
