Thanks ladies. I got a call from the nurse right after 8, and she asked me to get a blood draw to check my levels before we decide how to proceed. So I went and did that and now I wait. In the meantime I’m painting the side of my house. DH made some good progress this weekend. He got the entire back done and half of one side. Will you hear back today? |

Morning. I dropped my kids off at church camp. Freedom! I’m so proud of them, the both went right in, no problems. This would not have happened 3 months ago.
So now I have an hour to kill before leaving for a charity golf outing today. I’ve been real crampy the last couple days so hopefully I make it through 18 holes. I’m golfing with my mom, sister and her friend who happens to be an OB, so they’ll all understand if I have to sit out a few holes.

klong11 I would love to do swim lessons for all N13 & siblings!! How cool would that be! I’m loving teaching! @trgrimes I’m around Facebook at little bit- mostly Instagram. I’m doing well! I should come here more- I just feel like when I’m out for a bit I come back and I’m lost with the happenings and don’t want to only talk about myself 🤣 And I’m on my phone too much and I feel guilty. I do love keeping up with you all who are on FB & IG. And miss those who aren’t.

M woke me up at 2 saying he pooped in his bed. Literally has never happened. I was still pissed at A so I made him get up to deal with it. He came back after 30 seconds and said he needed help. He thought it was pee, not poop. I told him no and rolled over and went back to sleep. Apparently it was bad lol. he threw his underwear and pjs in the trash.

I have to get a ultrasound today to see if my IUD is still in place. I got it placed in Feb. but have had terrible periods and waaaayyy to frequent for my likings. My last IUD I didn’t have a period at all. When I went to the dr last week they couldn’t find the string and she’s afraid it is not placed well, or has fallen out 😬. So I may or may not currently have effective BC. So I’ve been keeping MH at arms length 😂. I’m hoping they find it and it’s not like csho experience! After my appointment we are headed to the lake for a few days. We figured this would be our last chance since school starts next week. |

I’ve been so preoccupied with my own situation I never updated you on the HFM activity. S seems to be over it. H, on the other hand, has been complaining that her throat hurts and is starting to get spots on her hands and feet so she’s not so lucky. Poor kid.

Hi from the office. It's a holiday in Alberta so the Calgary office is closed, so I'll be leaving promptly at 4 to get the boys early and head to the library. They really love visiting to play and borrow new books, but our next few Saturdays are going to be too busy to make it in.
I'm having serious Mom guilt about all the stuff we just won't get to this summer - getting Colin proficient at swimming or bike riding, getting Chase on his balance bike more often, even going to the beach more often... I don't get them home until 6:15/6:30 most weekdays and there's just never enough time on the weekends, it really stinks. I may see about getting Colin some private swim lessons this winter at the high school since he doesn't have much going on then since he's only skating occasionally these days - he really enjoys the water too much to not know how to swim. Chase just has too short of an attention span right now to really pick anything up. In fact he seems to revel in doing the opposite of what he's asked... Haha.
Meanwhile we have Chase signed up for the Cubs soccer program again and Colin for soccer on Saturdays and a baseball clinic on Sundays. So we will again be too busy with scheduled activities to do fun seasonal stuff... But they seem to love it, so most likely I just need to get over it.

Dc had a woman come in to teach balloon twisting today. I got multiple pictures of the kids running around with large balloon penises. LOL They were supposed to be swords, I assume.

Girls. I went into the outlet stores... wrong decision. I got 4 sleepers (pregnant sister & friends), two footsie fleece pyjamas, one normal pyjama, a skirt, 3 long sleeved t-shirts, two short sleeve t-shirts, a pair of shorts, a zipped hoodie & new underwear for the kids, plus two long sleeves for my h, all for a 130. My suitcase will magically expand right?!

joelies , I know exactly how you feel. Can you take a vacation day to have some summer fun before school starts? It's not a bad idea though I'd have to do separate days for the boys because for something like swimming or bike riding, they need one-on-one attention and I don't see DH taking the time off and actually spending an entire day playing actively with the boys. I certainly have the days. It would be a total cluster work-wise, but probably worth it. |

I finally heard back from the doctor office. My HCG went up appropriately and she looked at the ultrasound and doesn’t think that the thing the radiologist said might be an ectopic is that. So on Wednesday I will have an ultrasound and an appt. My ob is out so I will have to see someone else.

I’m just taking a breather. After getting through the traffic, I sped my way home and was walking in daycare at 0955. I did have to go back home to grab his things. They made us take everything home last week because everyone switched classes today. I don’t see why they couldn’t just transfer from their previous class since it was literally across the room.
M and I ate lunch and ran errands. It was nice to have that one on one time with him. He pumped gas and I let him scan all the things at self checkout. We’re home relaxing before we have to get out again in an hour.
