I swear my husband gets out of tickets because of being a white middle-aged male. I've been pulled over 1 time and got a ticket that one time. I wasn't given the slightest bit of grace despite having a clean record. He's been pulled over a couple times the years and not been ticketed.

I had my pp check up this morning and got the all clear for normal activity. A is estatic lol. MJ and I went to target so I could try on nursing bras. Finally found a good fit and grabbed my size. Just checked it at home, I cant read. Got the wrong size 🤦‍♀️

We also went to the second hand store to get her a swimsuit for just sitting in the shallow part of my neighbors pool with me. And the boys needed some shorts. Some guy gave me a whole garbage bag of baby girl clothes that the store didn't buy.

I wasn’t getting out of this one. It was a state trooper. The ones in LA I’ve encountered are not friendly.

Apparently they are infamous in an area that I was passing through that I didn’t know about. Now I know. 😐

I got pulled over doing 90 on the highway. In a 65. My tags had been expired for about a week and Alex was actually at the DMV and sent me a picture while the officer was writing the ticket. He gave me a ticket for the expired tags. I showed him the pictures of the updated registration and he asked me if I wanted the speeding ticket and the points on my license or the ticket he already wrote. So I took the one he had wrote for tags lol. I had just got my terrain and was not used to such a new car. You cant feel the speed like in an older car.

Got a note from Cadence's teacher, Cadence lost tooth #4 today. I'm honestly glad it's out, it was starting to gross me out.

My husband’s uncle offered to do some little jobs around the house while we were away. He just send a picture of the door in our kitchen, completely done I high gloss white. Which was how it was. Before I spend hours sanding it down to its natural wood. We have him a list. This was not on it 🤦🏼‍♀️.

I’m feeling so blah lately. I need a pick me up. I don’t know if it’s pregnancy related or just a slump but I have no energy to do anything with my kids the last 2 weeks and I feel bad. And dh is leaving for the weekend again which really doesn’t help. I texted Another mom to see about a play date tomorrow so hopefully i can make that happen.

I’m in nesting mode, but don’t have anything I can nest. I mentioned painting our bedroom and getting new bedding to Dh and he’s not on board. (Our bedroom is the one room we haven’t painted since we bought our house) Since i don’t have nursery to get ready, i just want to do something. I’m getting anxious and just want baby here but don’t want to wish away summer. Feeling very blaaahhh

slenle i hate feeling like that. My go to is always to go outdoors, to the dunes, the ocean. But I’m not sure that’s a viabl option for you.

Not this weekend since Dh will be gone. Maybe I’ll just have to go to bed when the kids do for some sleep.

But I am sending them to church camp next week that is 9-2 Monday through Wednesday so I’ll have a few days of me time. I’m going to try and schedule a massage and have lunch with a girlfriend before her baby comes in the next week or so.

DD learned her new floor routine for next competition season today. I promised her lunch after but I had a terrible headache. Now C is napping and I’m a bit better so I promised we will go to dinner and then watch Descendants 3 together when C goes back to bed. The rest of the family is at the beach but she has a pool party for her friends who are triplets tomorrow. It’s suppose to rain, I hope they get to have the party, I’m not missing another weekend at the beach for a make- up date.

I was at the dealership for 2 hours. For a goddamn oil change. It took then 45 minutes before they even took my car back. When I asked how much longer, they told me they only have one lift that will work on the car, because of how low it sits.

I'll be calling another dealership that's closer to our house to see if we can transfer the service plan.

Not how I like to us PTO. So now I'm home, waiting on H to drive home from work, so we can finally go to the pool party. The rain has held off...I'm sure as soon as we get there, it will start and we wont swim.

I'm so annoyed with how this afternoon has gone.

I didn't know they were making a Descendants 3. Confession that even though these movies are terrible I enjoy them.
