High of 95 today and it's my brothers big 4th of July party. I'm hoping to spend most of the day snuggling my new nephew- in the air conditioning lol.

Finishing laundry and packing things up to make it easier for the plumbers to get to the pipes. Also need to pack some clothes for all of us and meal plan since we’re staying at my in laws for a few days.

At gymnastics. Cadence has a callous or blister or something in her hand. It could even be some sort of bite. I have no idea. I told her coach that if she bitches to just tell her to suck it up. If it isn't bleeding then she should be fine to do all the activities. He laughed and acted like I was being a hard ass, but I know my kid.
Mh is taking Cadence to a bday party later. It's a pool party and she has strict rules to keep her ring around her waist anytime she is in the water. If she takes it off, she comes home.
I need to grocery shop and finish the toy organization so I can put together her new desk.

Morning Ladies! Just over here enjoying huevos rancheros with Theo & Bea. My H took my 3 oldest and the dog camping with his sister's family last night, so it's a pretty quiet morning (minus Theo's stream of consciousness chatter).
I am going to make use of the day getting everyone packed and ready to go to thier various locations next week while we are in LA. I am making a spreadsheet, don't laugh.

My mom managed to set her microwave on fire last night. She was cooking a potato in it. She said when the fire went out the potato was a pile of black ash surrounded by melted microwave walls. 😳
I think it was fairly old. I ordered her a new one because she uses it for everything. She can pick it up today.

Morning ladies. I was up too late playing cards with our friends. Today is MH's birthday. Our TKD studio is closed, but we have keys so we're going to workout this morning and probably play cards in the afternoon.

Morning!
Hope everyone’s having a good weekend.
We’ve been lazy this morning but are about to head out and get burgers for lunch. We had lobsters last night...new shells are coming in, mmmm. Clearly I will need to diet after all this 😬
Tonight DH and I are going out and my parents are taking the kids out for dinner and putt-putt.

I’m here!! Just been super busy and crazy with work and life. It’s our busy time at work and I’ve had zero down time to take care of personal stuff while working, geez. Lol. We have had 3 fatalities in the last few weeks in our park that MH has worked so he’s been dealing with stuff with that and I am tiptoeing around trying to make sure he’s doing ok with it without bugging him too much about it. It’s a fine line. Then last week we spent the week at the lake with my family. It was super fun, but exhausting. I was supposed to go back to work yesterday but S has been sick and woke with a 103 fever so I took her to the dr and she has pneumonia. So I got an extra day off and while she slept most of the day I caught up on laundry after being away all week. |

Morning ladies...shit, its afternoon.
We did not get to bed early last night, so E slept in bed with is all night. I'm hoping to get her to bed normal time tonight cause kid is exhausted!
So last night, some of our neighbors came over with their 6 year old. I'm pretty sure she has never been disciplined. At one point, she took an ice cube from their cooler and walked up to her mom and spit it at her. Her mom just told her not to do it again. She walked up to evie and told her what she had done. I quickly told evie if she spit an ice cube at me, I'd smack her little butt and send her to bed. No spitting ever. I guess I should have had something do drink so I wouldn't have been so high strung.

Afternoon all.
It’s been a morning so far; had to get the car in for a new windshield by 9am then we all went grocery shopping which was nothing but a good reminder why I go by myself 😐. Sitting at soccer camp now then off to the library for new reading books for B.
It’s been a busy week so we’re chilling this afternoon with lego and tv.

Hi all. We spent the last couple days at my sisters cabin. Came home yesterday and caught up on laundry. Now we’re packing because we leave bright and early for Florida tomorrow and will be there until Thursday. So far I’m managing to not over pack. It’s a miracle!
