Maybe you can have your in laws take the boys either way Saturday. Then if he goes great and if he doesn’t you have the hands without the little hands. Could be a win win.

Hey. DH took the girls to Chuck E. Cheese with his family this morning while I stayed home. I fertilized the lawn and my plants and then spent the rest of the time cleaning. I’m leaving in a minute to go to the mall to get H some clothes and a few things at B&BW.

C and I went bike riding this morning and I noticed his knees are almost hitting the front so he’s biking with his knees turned out. His seat is also worn through to the padding so he could use a new bike. We went to Walmart and the fit just wasn’t right and they felt cheap. Since we are doing really long rides regularly he needs something that fits him well so we ended up going to the bike store and having him fitted. He now has a $250 bike. I’m cringing but it will last him a few years and it’s worth it to have the right posture. It also looks super cool. I’m headed to pick it up in a few since they needed to build the black one he wanted.  Later my parents are coming to meet the cats and dh is cooking taquitos. Not a bad Sunday. |

M is complaining about being bored. MH is walking around with H because he won’t sit still. We tried to get him to nap but it’s too loud, even with headphones on.
I told him it was going to be like this & it’s only the 4th inning.

wedding, that looks like the exact bike H won at a kiddy day event a couple weeks ago. It’s a couple sizes too big so it’ll fit in a few years. How fun for C!

Hi from Florida! I don’t know how you southern ladies do it. I’m melting. Our room isn’t ready yet so we’re sitting in the shade by the pool. Dh is going to dig the suits out of the luggage so they can swim while we wait. I can’t wait to get my butt in the pool

Literally burst into tears when I got home from the store and A's parents were still fucking here. As soon as I walk in his mom ambushes me with questions and his dad is picking on Jack and I lost it. They quickly left and now A is mad at me. I will never understand adults that pick on children. Like what the fuck is wrong with you. Leave my kid alone!
I've been running around all day getting stuff done and ready and stressing over every detail and A has laid and watched the entire new season of stranger things..... I asked him to pack his bag and nada. I asked him to vacuum the carpet, not done. Sweep the kitchen, not done. Clean up all the firework stuff, not done. Take the recycling down, nope. And I still have work to wrap up from the weekend before I'm out of the office for 3-4 days.
Edit: I started very obviously rage sweeping the floors. He did everything I had asked him to at lightning speed. Took him 20 minutes. But yet I've been nagging him all day.

A wants to go to a bachelor party Saturday. I told him only if he gets a sitter for the boys. And not his mom coming here. They all have to leave. We'll see. I'm sure he'll wait to the last minute and just not go. Big YES if it's just you and the baby. BIG no if |

I would say no on this. You'll have a brand new baby and be recovering from a C-section. Although, if he could find somewhere for the boys to go, that could be a nice peaceful night for just you and baby girl It starts at 3, it's a bbq at the guys house and super laid back. And he said only a few hours, not all night. I'm thinking if the boys go to his parents, baby girl and I can just relax and I'll invite a friend over to hang out with me or something. Yes. Big yes if you just get to snuggle the baby. That was my favorite. Get the big kids out and left me hold the baby in peace and binge watch something. Big NO if you have the boys or need to then entertain another adult who will be "watching the boys". |

No good deed goes unpunished. After having a nice ride with C on his new bike we went in for a shower that he taught me on but then was happy in there and did it all himself. After getting out he tells me “the next fight we have I’m leaving” Sigh. I asked him how much he thought I could get for his loft bed. 🤷♀️

Does anyone use an air fryer? DH loves it but every time he uses it, I feel extremely nauseous. I just had to come lie down upstairs because he was making himself something and I got so nauseous. To me it smells worse than actual oil being fried. Is there something about them or am I just a freak?

Then my mom had to put her 2 cents in. And since I was mean to his parents I think hes just throwing a tantrum.. hoping just the 2 of us tomorrow- can agree on something we both love. |
