Finally Friday

Thanks for thinking about me, tgrimes. I’m feeling so much better. We did a lot of house stuff yesterday and I’m hoping to keep the streak up today.

No solid timeline on the move. Could be a year, could be sooner. Depends on restructuring going on at his company. I can't imagine trying to get the house ready in less than a year, so I am keeping my fingers crossed for next spring if it comes about.

Mostly the fact that it's from the 21st century, lol. Our set had been stored in the garage since the house came with them.

The old one was damaging clothes and just didn't do a good job of getting stuff clean. DH was reluctant to make the switch, and it was a pain, but I do 90% of the laundry and told him he was going to continue hearing about it--and paying for replacement clothing--if he didn't swap them out
