I had a meeting right before I left the office yesterday that our CEO completely pissed me off in. He said he told us to stop using a certain supplier because they won't agree to our warranty terms, but we are still using them.
I have proof, in emails, that he actually told me that we had to continue to use them. I found them.
I talked to my boss and she told me to forward the emails to him, the he needs to see them. I'm trying to figure out a professional way of shoving it back in his face.
And also thinking I'm going to wait until right before he leaves early today, so I don't have to talk to him about it.

mwhip, I’d prolly say something along the lines of apologizing for continuing to use the supplier but that you were doing what was previously asked and ask him to clarify who you should be using going forward. Attach previous emails where he told you to use that supplier.

Happy Friday everyone. We were planning on going to the beach tonight but have a lot going on so are going to leave tmrw instead. I’m planning for a slow day at the office and trying to get out of here by 2pm.

Morning! It’s our anniversary today, so I surprised Dh with a really nice wool shirt. Seven years is wool and I jokingly always get something that symbolises that year. It is also his birthday, I got him a book about the big pink, a new backpack, chocolates and beard cream. Dinner at the place we got married tonight, can’t wait!

That way it hopefully won't sound like I'm as angry as I really am. I dug up multiple emails that I will attach as well. |

It’s another rainy day. I need to run to target (again). Hoping my parents kitchen Reno is finished so we can stop out there to break up the day and see the progress. No plans tonight, but looking forward to the weekend since the weather should be perfect tomorrow and Sunday.

I am at work but not working and am planning to leave at 12:30, assuming they don't need anything more from me for the audit. I think they are almost done though and everything looks great so far.
Tonight we are headed to my in laws on the Cape and will stay until late afternoon Sunday. They are opening their pool. It's not quite pool weather yet but it is heated and feels like a warm bath so I may use it. BIL & family arrive tomorrow so C will have a lot of time with his cousins. He already started packing.

I'm working from home this morning, but hardly working. Heading to k orientation in a few and then will get packed up. Mh thinks we should just get in the traffic instead of waiting it out... Should be an interesting drive with 5 of us in the car with my mom riding with us. J is really excited to make a "pit stop" on the road, he has a list of all the things to do when we stop, gas, drinks, food, change into PJs..

Work, homework. Exciting day. Not sure what we have going on for the weekend. I have been wanting to check out this indoor gym playplace for X called "We Rock the Spectrum." Maybe we'll do that tomorrow. No other plans all weekend. Did I tell you guys I took Dude to a Ninja Warrior class last Saturday? Thanks to wedding for putting it on my radar at all. He did really well and enjoyed it a lot. I want to sign him up, it's only $85/month if we go once a week. But Pete is already giving me a hard time about making sure I am the one who will pay for it. So that's fun. 🙄 |
