i like Kates 2013 best. The yellow is so summery I love this dress on her. It's her hair and fascinator that are throwing the look off. It would have been better with a wide brim hat I think. |

I don't love that McQueen. I kind of wish, JUST GIVE ME A SECOND TO EXPLAIN PLEASE, Kate would update her makeup a little. I think sometimes it's a bit harsh and ages her. I want to see her in more flattering eye colors or a bold lip or something. That dark smokey eye is harsh with summery colors. |

I was just clicking through this slide show about the garden party. In the 4th picture, you can see the crowd of 8,000 guests. Having to mingle and make small talk with a significant portion of that many strangers is pretty much my idea of hell on earth, lol. I hate the pleated skirts, so much, but the pink is pretty. Yeah, it’s the pleating on Kate’s pink garden party dress that I don’t like. The pleats just look kind of sloppy or something...like I’m getting an old school hospital attire/nurse smock look from the lower half of that dress. Do not like. It’s amazing she doesn’t look huge in it - she has such a trim figure. I feel like those pleats and their placement, along with the double breasted top, would not be flattering on most people.  |
