But all little boys are Master My mom addresses cards to my sons as Master DS1 and Master DS2 all the time. My MIL does that for DS too. It makes me smile |

It's probably a combination of tacitly acknowledging they know he is not going to grow up to be a "working royal" along with a plea/hope for more privacy and normality as a result. Archie will still be financially well off and socially connected. But an HRH styling would put him in an awkward position. Look at Eugenie and Beatrice raised as blood princesses of the realm then shunted to the side as adults and barred from working for the crown and the perks that come along with that.

jaidit , honestly I am surprised she wasn't wearing something new already. He seems like the type to get a push present Push tiara! I told H no gifts, but a push tiara would have been awesome. As it was, H got me an engraved memento box, but GOT THE YEAR WRONG. We lol about it. |

But since Duchess is an actual title that carries value, not just a courtesy title like Princess, it doesn't make sense to use it. The only reason Princess Michael uses it is because her brother-in-law got the the Duke title, so her husband doesn't have any other titles. |
