Hi, am I still allowed to post here?
Work has been nuts but mostly positive - I feel like I'm somewhat in control of things. Then DH and I have been having a lot of discussions lately and he was up reflecting all night Tuesday into Wednesday morning, and it's been quite the turnaround. So we've been spending some quality time together in the evenings without phones as a distraction. It's been nice and I'm hoping we can build on this.
In other news, my ankle feels awesome, which means it's going to start being hard not to run. Especially with it getting so nice out! I should be back in action before the gtg - which I am still so excited about!

I do like those colors, but it either need more balloons on the right or maybe center it. It looks like it’s not hung correctly. |

Hey! I worked this morning and trained a new employee, I will be training her tomorrow too. It puts such a damper on my morning plans to watch YouTube and listen to podcasts. Oh well, it’s only 1 weekend. DH took the girls to a father daughter dance this afternoon. They looked so cute when they left. This is from my phone, but I’m pretty sure I got better ones with my camera.

C came home really late last night from a concert he went to in Arizona. He was originally going to stay there then drive home today but things changed. So I took the kids to iHOP for breakfast then ordered E’s Birthday cake from my favorite bakery. This place gets super busy in the summer so I didn’t want that weekend to get booked out due to wedding cakes. We had Chipotle for lunch and I returned an Amazon purchase to Kohl’s. Both kids took a nap. E is up and LO is still sleeping.
Now I’m trying to figure out dinner.

Guess who is still wearing only one earring. I even let her take mine out and put them back in. Nope.
She is currently sitting in her room without the tablet and giving no fucks.
I'm so annoyed.

klong11 how long has she had them pierced? Won't it close up pretty quick if it hasn't been long? I ended up taking evie to see my niece in her dance competition. Evie really wanted to go and I've never seen her dance, so it was fun. I thought it might make evie want to get involved, but nope. Which is good, because my brother in SIL spend a shit load of money in lessons, outfits travelling, etc.

Finally got her to agree by telling her we would go see if the little league is playing down the street. The back of one was already closed, so I did have to press it through. She said it didn't hurt at all. 😑🙄

It's sprinkle theme and I got her a gauzy skirt with pompoms in it that look like sprinkles, pom pom garland, sprinkle plates, sprinkle snap bracelets, sooo cute glitter sprinkle lollipops from Etsy, balloons with confetti in them, a huge tub of sprinkles (planting to do vases filled with sprinkles and flowers), favors (sugar cookie mix, sprinkles and giant cookie cutters for the big kids and rubber ducks that have sprinkles on them with goldfish and baby cheetos for the little ones)... and more things I can't remember! |

Both boys had naps in the car so they are full of energy and I just want them to chill.
They have been outside for most of the day so I was hoping they would want to just veg out with the tv for the rest of the night. Hahahahaha- jokes on me.

Thanks guys. Sounds like both girls had lots of fun. S was attached to the Elsa actress. They stopped for ice cream afterwards with their friends.

Fun evening! My toes are ready for spring, then had fun at the mall..got new placemats (almost got 4 bc I legit forgot there will be another family member soon, whoops!). Then got some sunscreen at Sephora, has anyone tried supergoop? And then found a cute 8x10 rug for the kids room at pottery Barn and had randomly brought a gift card. Oh and pretty sure I want a peleton, I texted my friends to ask if they use theirs and one said she's actually selling hers bc of her Achilles injury, so maybe we can buy hers for cheap🤞

I'm so sore! I had fun and swam my hardest so I'm satisfied.
E was super crazy when I got home and had abx diarrhea so that was fun.
Not sure what we'll do tomorrow since it cooled down today.

Happy anniversary to me. Ben woke up puking in his bed. Cleaned everything up, got him back to sleep, started the laundry, and he started again. I’m now sitting on the chair on his room and he’s refusing to go back in his crib. My tummy was a bit off the past 2 days so I am officially terrified. Plus Sam is the absolute worst patient so I’m equally terrified he gets sick.
