Just finished doing meal prep. Cooked all the ground beef that we need for this week.

Tell me about these vacuums, do they work on hardwoods and rugs? Do you need multiple if you have more than one floor? What if you have crap on the floor? (Hypothetical question 😂) This may have already been answered, but my mom told me you have to pick up bigger things (aka toys lol) before you run it and close doors of rooms you don’t want it to go in.

MH and I are doing "the fight". He's frustrated. I don't understand his frustrations and when I tried to address said frustrations he said he didn't want to talk about this now. I insisted we talk and I got emotional and he stared at me and walked away. So... it's fun here!!!
Not trying to be vague, the details are seriously so so SO boring.

Hi hi - so I'm a freaking moron and didn't look at the tickets and thought I knew which theater. So I metroed us down to the National Theater (silly bc that's like a huge one and this is a kids podcast show)..so we get there and it's dead. So I consider an Uber with a carseat but my acct isn't up on my phone. So I grab a cab and he takes us to the FORD theater, not the Lincoln theater...so another 10 min to get there. We made it with 15 min to spare and then he asked for a million snacks and I realized we never fed him lunch and it was 4pm. Stellar parenting today. I think he had fun, he said the best part was the end when they had balloons and streamers, but he was dancing and into it.

wedding oh weird, I heard that he said the opposite, that Get Out wasn't horror, but he went horror with this one. On a positive note, I thought Lupita was amazing in it.

Yeah that may be a deal breaker if we have it run during the day. The kids sometimes get playtime before we leave. Yes, I know I should make them clean up but we are normally late as it is🤷. Maybe the nighttime run would work though and would get us better at making sure it's ALL picked up and not selectively ignoring some stuff.

I've started washing my face with coconut oil and a super hot wash cloth, and it's kind of like a spa treatment. Does anyone else do this? I'm trying apple cider vinegar as a toner (I've done this in the past). I feel like I'm supposed to get a Jade roller if I continue on this hippy natural path...but figured trying this is cheaper than beauty counter stuff.

tallb I only use our robot vac upstairs so it cleans the bedrooms, the bathroom, the landing, and the family room. It's set to do it automatically and I keep the the kids' doors closed so I don't have to worry about stuff on the floor. Every now and then I tell the kids to get their room ready for Buddy and they know how to start it and shut the door so he just cleans their room. Every time I clean the bin I'm amazed at all the crap he's picked up. He goes over hardwood, regular pile carpet, and actually cleans a shag rug pretty well too. Sometimes he gets wedged under our rocker but it's not a big deal. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B079QYYGF1?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_pd_title&th=1

tallb I like coconut oil to remove my make up, I also run my fingers through my hair with it on there, for extra moisture to my dry hair as well. I always follow up with a cleanser though on my face.

It's great to take off eye makeup and to shave your legs with, too. MH still uses it to shave his face. We have really old pipes and he said I was clogging up the drain from using it twice a day. Lol.

I'll give it a few weeks and see how it goes, Currently skin is angry but hoping it'll settle down.. also need to find a sunscreen that will work well with this. I am following YHL skin tips (so random but her skin looks great) and she doesn't mention spf, but I need it with my skin history.

I personally don't love coconut oil for skin because it can be comedogenic and doesn't penetrate the deeply enough to moisturizer as well as I would like, but I know I am in the minority with that opinion.
