inthekitty how are you doing now that you've had more time to let everything settle? I'm okay. I'm still frustrated and annoyed. Luckily he didn't have a will so by default what's left will go to my siblings and me. The 14 properties weren't current properties but past ones other than his current house. I just hope he doesn't have a bunch of criminal settlements to go out so we're looking into any liens now. I'm sure there's nothing of value in the house because he had already been looted of a few known items. I'm lawyering up and going to see if I can be appointed executor by the courts. My sister will not like that but she is very difficult to work with so I'm just going to keep on with it.

If your kid is still in diapers they should not be in the dodgeball pit. I love that all kids can go anywhere here but you would think a parent would recognize that it’s dangerous for a little kid. I’m mostly annoyed because I would hate for C to accidentally hurt a toddler. Kids a beast at dodgeball. I'm always annoyed when people bring babies/toddlers who are far too young to play areas for older kids. It's completely unsafe and you'd think they wouldn't want their kid hurt. My girls are good about always being mindful of little ones, but it still makes my eyes roll when someone lets their 1 yo flail around where 6 yos are jumping all over the place.

On the other hand I’m also very annoyed when kids that are obviously to big are in the area for little ones, get out!!!
