I hope today isn't wild. The most wild thing here is the weather...mid 50s today and tomorrow, then falling temps Friday and snow, possibly 8". I'm so over winter!

I received an email from the company I had the phone screen with earlier this week. I need to make a list of questions to decide if I would even want to leave my current company. She wants to discuss the opportunity in more detail, I'm not sure if she wants to talk in person or on the phone, but since I wear jeans to work, I don't think anything would happen today.

mwhip this weather is crazy! Today and tomorrow we have 60’s and then freeze warnings again Friday. I saw a funny of FB. Said something like “it’s like Winter is pissed, storms out and slams the door, then keeps coming back in to get another point across, over and over”. That’s isn’t the exact quote...but close. And it’s sooo right!

mwhip this weather is crazy! Today and tomorrow we have 60’s and then freeze warnings again Friday. I saw a funny of FB. Said something like “it’s like Winter is pissed, storms out and slams the door, then keeps coming back in to get another point across, over and over”. That’s isn’t the exact quote...but close. And it’s sooo right! I have seen that on FB as well, and it is so true. It's no wonder so many are sick with the temp fluctuations. I think they're calling for snow up here Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. |

Morning. H was telling me again this morning that her tummy hurts. I think it’s so she can get out of going to school. Not sure why she’s trying to stay home because she loves school. Either way, she’s going today because she won’t go at all next week. I just checked and we got our tax return back today! Time to pay some bills.

Sierra’s aide just told me that yesterday S went up to her and said “potty” and when they went in and say down she peed! This is the first time she’s initiated it! She will go when we sit her on it, but has never told us she had to go. Progress!
Last night I stayed up late and watched TV. MH had gone into bed. At about 10:30 I hear a light tapping on the door. It freaked me out. And I waited to see if I would hear it again because I wasn’t 💯 sure if that’s what it was. But it was. I tip toed into the room and peeked through the peep hole and there was a guy at the door. So what’s my dumb ass do...I open it to see what he wants. 🤦🏼♀️. He his wife and baby niece ran out of gas. He wanted to know if we had a gas can around with gas he could use. He said we were the only place with lights on still. And we sit about 1/4 mile off the highway. So I went and woke MH up. He promptly grabbed a gun from the safe and tucked it in his waistband. Then went and found him a can of gas and gave him a ride back to his car. Turns out it was one of the biggest meth dealers and thief’s in our area. He’s been to prison multiple times and MH has even help serve search warrants at his place in the past. Awesome.

lfig yay for S but wow to your visitor last night. Do you think he recognized your H? My sister and her now H went to see a wedding venue before they got married and the guy showing them around kept saying my BIL looked so familiar. When they left, he told my sister she better not have liked that place too much because they were not getting married there, he had arrested that guy once.

We had a snow day yesterday and a delay today. It was crazy keeping 4 kids occupied while DH worked and we were doing all the paperwork for our mortgage. I’m so excited but so nervous. Now I have my nephews here before school.
Has anyone watched You on Netflix? We watched 3 episodes and it’s creepy.

Poor H, trtlcrzy. How is her ear feeling this morning? Great news on S, and super scary for you and your H, lfig! MH had a two hour delay this morning, so he just left a bit ago, and Josie has a three hour delay so unfortunately that cancels morning preschool. They pushed their Valentine’s Day party off until Friday. Our driveway looks super icy, but MH said it was fine if you take it slow. It was salted and sanded this morning at 6, and the plow guy said he could come back if I was nervous. |

I might have pink eye. My eye is itchy but only a little red. I did Teladoc for the first time and it was awesome! My prescription is already waiting for me. I'm at work though so I will see how long I can handle the itchiness and take some sick leave if it is unbearable. No one is in today and I'm not touching my eye and washing my hands well so hopefully if it is pink eye it won't spread. Not sure how I got it since C doesn't have it.

Morning! Both kids had school school this morning so I could do a solo grocery run & pack some stuff for the kids this weekend. The kids and I made some of those valentine hearts and I must say, the kids cannot properly formulate nice things about my h. He does stuff with them 24/7 and all the could come up with was ‘he makes chicken nuggets’ 😂😂😂. Let’s just say I might have made some suggestions. Sushi with a friend tonight, she’s TTC and last time it took her exactly one month, so we need to have wine and sushi one last time!

kim22 not sure if he recognized him or not. But his patrol vehicle was in our driveway so it probably isn’t hard to figure out. We often have had to avoid restaurants because people he’s had dealings with. The best was a few years ago when our boss retired and I was in charge of ordering the cake. When the lady delivered it to the office and left, MH told us he wasn’t eating that cake because he’d had many dealings with her. Lol.

It's so cold here today. It was 50 yesterday and 20 today. I'm over this crap. I have a bunch of phone calls to make today and need to do some laundry. And place a grocery order.

It could just be an infection from your snot backing up into your eye. H gets that all the time and I have to use the pink eye drops. |

I slept on the couch last night. I ordered a new mattress yesterday that will arrive Friday, but our neighborhood is doing bulk trash pick up and I wanted the old mattress out on the curb to get taken away, so it will be a couple nights on the couch. It's fine, fairly comfortable, but mh rolled in from bowling at 1:40 this morning. The alley closes at 12. He was not too pleased this morning when I told him to get up and make Cadence's lunch, but I was leaving for work and she was already awake, so he needed to get up too.

I have a ton of sick days so I stayed home. While I was sleeping I just had a dream that I lost E at a festival after I had given him a bit of freedom in 1 area. Then after searching the whole place I ran into a relative and we were strategizing. I looked to sr a small plane trying to land at the nearby airport then it aborted landing and turned away then ended up crashing at the base of the festival building. Evacuations were happening and I knew I wouldn't find E now. Not sure what any of this means. But I woke up with a cat on me and a cat next to me
