It's on the side/middle of his neck, so I highly doubt it's a tonsil stone😉. I do get tonsil stones though, I hope they aren't hereditary, they are the worst

Cadence went to her room at 8:30 to watch her tablet. I went in there at 9 and she was already asleep. Good thing after the horrendous bath time we had....screaming, running around, threatening to drop my phone, dessert taken away, etc etc. In the end, she got bathed and said she was just tired because she didn't nap at school.

At pu Cadence's teacher told me that Cadence walked up to her friend, put her fists up and said, "I'm going to fight you". The friend proceeded to kick Cadence in the stomach.
My kid is crazy....and clearly needs to learn some blocking techniques.

My wallet had a busy day today! We booked our flights to Puerto Rico in April. I'm excited for the trip but right now it feels good to have the dates nailed down. Bonus I got to use some gift credits and travel vouchers.
Then I bought a pair of Rothy's with a bunch of referral credits I had so they were only $20.
And i signed up for a local Master's Swim team (competitive swim for old people). My friend and I committed to a 30-min swim fundraiser on Saturday and 2 swim meets later in March.
After all that I'm calling in sick tomorrow.

H just woke up complaining that her ear hurts. I took a look with my otoscope and sure enough, it’s bright red. I gave her some Tylenol and send her to bed. Looks like she will be getting tubes next week during her surgery. Poor kid. I need to schedule an appt with the pedi so she can get antibiotics.
