Kids slept til 710; Josie woke up grumpy, and I’m hoping that passes soon. Sometimes she has strong sulky teenager vibes.
I’m going to try and take Charlie to pick up the supplies to make valentines this weekend. There might be a Starbucks smoothie bribe in his future.

Morning! I'm off, C is in school full day so it's just the little 2 and I. Stopped and got a breakfast sandwich for me and a sprinkle donut for L. The Tim Hortons maple waffle sausage egg and cheese sandwich is soooo good.

Morning! Back in the office today. It's also payday, so I need to schedule all our bills. Fun.
I need to meal plan and would like to get some groceries after work today. So basically a lot of screwing off today.

flamingo So I'm reading the descriptions... I'm thinking 1. Why is Flamingo looking in Philly? 2. This home sounds great! 3. As it goes on, I remember why I usually don't read the descriptions. THEN: private adult sexual oasis - My face went all like WHAT??? HOLY SHIT...why would you not get rid of that stuff??? I'm sending my husband this listing for his response. And that you rent it on AirB&B? Could you imagine a family walking in there?

Could you imagine being the listing agent, thinking you're walking into this beautiful house, the $$ you're going to make, then seeing that room and trying to have a straight face? I should send it to my mom for her reaction as well. Although she may not know what that room is even for.
And holy cleanliness and germs. I have the heebie geebies just thinking about it!

Lol mwhip. It was in a military real estate group I’m in. The comments were gold. Would definitely not want to take a black light to that place, that’s for sure. The flooring looks very slick, kind of reminds me of the antimicrobial stuff they use in hospitals 😳 |

I spent the morning in the bathroom. Thinking I have a stomach bug and really hoping it's a 12 hour fluke. We were going to go to the aquarium but they have like 1 bathroom and it's at the very beginning... so no. We'll just hang at home today.

Morning! I'm so glad this week is just about over - I'm ready to spend some time at home with my boys. I do have to admit though that I'm enjoying the attention I'm getting around my office building with the crutches and boot - everyone has a story to share. I've spent 11 1/2 years in this building and I've never talked to so many other people before.
DH's birthday is on Sunday so we're going out tomorrow night and my MIL is making his cake with the boys while we're out. Score! I just need to pick a restaurant and figure out how to dress up my boot a bit.

Morning. Polar vortex is back today. So. Cold.
I had a mini meltdown last night. I’m blaming it on hormones. Things are going downhill at work, fast. The next 30 days are going to be challenging and i just want to know what’s going to happen. On top of that, I’m chairing a fundraising event in 2 weeks so I’m spending a lot of time on that. The only positive is that we leave for vacation 12 hours after the event, so i just need to make it through 2 weeks. And I scheduled my first OB appt for next Wednesday which I’m also anxious for.

This cold is crushing me. I made mh be late for work bc I was a little weak and wanted to make sure I was fine. I hopefully was just hungry. It's quiet at the office so getting some school work done. I'd have stayed home but I have to drive the kids in, so here I am.
No plans this weekend. Hoping to get our room in order and finish some nagging to dos.
