Morning! My parents should be here in about an hour and we're just hanging out for the day. We have to finagle grocery shopping at some point, so that will be a workout, but that's about it.

Morning! Just having a cup of coffee before making coffee. H leaves tomorrow to go to North Dakota for the week, so he has a bunch of laundry and I need to clean the house.

We are going bowling with some friends later this morning. Both my H and I have come down with colds but we’ve already rain-checked on these people once so we’re going to power thru.
Kids are full of energy this morning, I’m hoping bowling will wear them out so we can relax later today (<—proooobably a pipe dream).

Morning. Pete the cat has been trying to get the house up since 5am, I think for the weekends I’m going to put him in the spare room for the night, DNW to wake up at 5am on the weekend cause of this cat.
We got B his first hockey stick yesterday and he is so excited to play street hockey with the neighbour kids, and I’m pretty sure we’ll be getting a stick for Julia, and a net. Canadian AF 🇨🇦😉

vino and guster, have you watched the Fosters spinoff? I'm.... not impressed. I have! It’s hard to get used to not having the whole family and their stories, and not really liking Mariana so far, but I’ll stick with it. We’ll see how they develop the characters they’ve introduced to make it less about the two of them. |

I had told M we could go to the zoo today but we spent too much time doing yard work yesterday and I didn’t finish all my chores. We still need to go grocery shopping and meal prep for the week and I have one last load of laundry to do.
Besides, I’m on day 2 of this cold and can’t breathe. Walking around in the cold does not sound delightful to me.

I just saw a swimsuit I think I’d like to get for Josie, and upon further investigation I saw a lot of smocked dresses that I know you really like for C, so I thought I’d reach out to check on quality before I order. Dh took C to ninja class while I slept. I had a horrible nights sleep so it was nice to lay in bed this morning. Now fighting a headache and catching up on my DVR while they are gone.

I'm jealous of those who live near skiing. I really wish I could go a few times a year. But after growing up skiing Tahoe nothing nearby can compare

We have a very very small mountain nearby. It’s never crowded during the day, but because I am not a good skier (haven’t been since my early 20s and I was basically on the bunny hill then) I have been hesitant to take the kids.
Maybe I should see if they have lessons.

Hi girls. We went to my nephews birthday this morning and my sister and I had a boozy lunch, cheers 🥂! Afterwards we went shopping for her, but I broke my no spend January (because hello Sauvignon) and bought a dress that was down from €90 to €28. Plus I had a small personal victory, although it is tight, I fit into a size M.

C has work today. LO is preforming at church for his school. Currently E is sleep eating on top of me. I need to return something from amazon to Kohl’s today and hit up the Gymboree outlet. Need to get those deals.

E and SD are currently painting. They have very different styles where he has drawn a blob and called it a potato and she is painting a face. She drew this earlier in the week.

Morning! We had fun at the party last night. I had a couple glasses of wine and came home with Fanny pack that looks like a hairy belly, real cute. Today will be a lazy day, except I’m going to “a star is born” in the cheap theater this afternoon with my sister.

I’ve been looking for one for forever and have been waiting for a particular one to go on sale. Another one went on sale and I bought it. I had a crap week so that was my treat.
