Oh no joelies! Hope it’s nothing too bad! Omg mwhip Abducted in Plain Sight is so f-ed up. I just watched it this weekend. I just worked out so now I’m sitting here at the gym to get more out of the childcare time  |

I need to catch up on yesterday. It was crazy.
I met with the Director position is not officially created yet but it sounds promising. It’s not a manager spot but it is salaried and depending on what’s going on I could wfh occasionally. I’m being considered but it depends on what HR decides are the final qualifications. It’s another wait and see. I’m hopeful.

Hi hi - n was sent home with a fever late yesterday. I took j in and then we went to the doctor. She tested negative for flu and strep, so seems like just a nasty cold. Awful timing since we fly out Friday night and it's be better for me to be at work. At least the weather looks good out west, granted we may all be sick by then😑

Chiropractor got my hip feeling somewhat normal. I'm going to do some yoga and stretches daily. I cant deal with this for the next 5 months. And she thinks it's all the tightness in my muscles causing the pull.

C just removed one of my credit cards from her underwear, ostensibly where she stashed it when she was rummaging around in my purse earlier.

The only other thing I found was sage tea? That sounds like it would taste like potpourri, so maybe not worth it. |

Morning all.
J is at home having a Baba day, so they'll get into all sorts of trouble I'm sure. She was happy to not be rushed out the door, and surprisingly B was ok with leaving, he was telling me in the car on the way to daycare that it's 'so good that Julia has Baba days'. I was kind of expecting a bit of a meltdown but it's good he gets it.

The only other thing I found was sage tea? That sounds like it would taste like potpourri, so maybe not worth it. His tubes were dry for the first time ever. The ENT said It may not last long since he’s really snotty right now. But he’s never seen him with dry ears. Lol. They did another hearing test but we couldn’t get an actual results. Every time she placed that thing in his ear it would give an error message so it just wouldn’t lay right for her to conduct the test. She said sometimes that happens and kids with tubes. So we’ll go back in three months to try it again. I had him look over his lab work after revaccinating with the Prevnar. He told me to ask the immunologist about selective immunoglobulin deficiency and immunoglobulin anemia. |

Morning! H is at school and I’m relaxing while H plays. I changed my sheets and let me tell you how much I hate fitted sheets. They always pull up at the corners and it’s the bane of my existence. I guess that’s what I get for getting a thick mattress.

My in laws are on their way so I will head to work and actually work. I did get dinner in the crock pot and made some chicken meatballs for lunches the rest of the week.

joelies ouch but I bet you kept running didn’t you? Nope, hobbled up my driveway and had to bump up the stairs. I twist my ankles constantly but I never actually hurt them. You know, until I did.  |

I guess that’s what I get for getting a thick mattress. Ours does the same thing. But only on A's corner. Drives him nuts. |

But I got this awesome fitted sheet with a drawstring and it’s been a game changer! Love it!  |

Atticus was so sweet this morning.
I thanked him for getting ready quickly and told him it’s really helpful.
He replied, “thank you for being my beautiful, precious mommy. Thank you for giving me breakfast and taking me to school. I appreciate you.”

I want to scream. Warning, Vent ahead.
After 3 months of weekly back and forth with the doctor and specialty pharmacy and myself, I found out this morning that the insurance has denied the new medication we have been trying to get for S for seizures. 3 months and I can’t tell you how many phone calls. We were soooo hopeful that this med would be a game changer for her. And this on a week we’re her seizures have been out of control. She’s probably had 15 just since Saturday. We can appeal it and ask to be reconsidered but that takes a while too. I’m so frustrated! I’ve got a call into the dr to see if there are any other options and what to do about our current increase in activity. But...argh!!!
Ok, I’m done. Carry on.
