Had the best Immunology appointment! My labs are PERFECT. IV IG is working beautifully. I only see this doctor every 3-6 months, so he’s like “tell me what’s been going on, Miss April? What are you doing to keep busy right now?” I told him I’d gone back to school and he was thrilled with my choice of major and said it is just perfect for me. So sweet. Yay! Glad it went so well! |

I called the doctor today to check on things for S...basically they are still waiting for some of the labs to come back. They’ve been trickling in over the last week. The 9 that have come back so far all look normal. Which is great...but doesn’t give us any answers. But there are a few that they are still waiting on. So we continue to wait.
But on another note...2 things have started happening in this house. I’ve been afraid to say anything and jinx it. But...I’m gonna live on the edge a little and say something because it’s exciting...1) S has been sleeping till 7 lately!!! For a child that has been an early riser for all her life (5am pretty regularly), this has been amazing for me. And since I’m currently not working I’ve been able to enjoy it! And 2) S has been going to the bathroom on the potty at school! We still are not super successful at home. And she doesn’t communicate when she has to go. But her new aide (who I love) has been setting an alarm on her phone for every hour to go. And yesterday went 3 times, and today she went every time except 1!
Please tell me what an idiot I am for sharing when she wakes at 5 tomorrow and refuses to go on the toilet.
